| With the fast development of China’s economy and the rising demand for leisure consumption among urban residents year by year,many consumers choose rural tourism as a way to relieve the stress of life.Rural B&Bs have become the first choice for rural tourism accommodation by virtue of their personalized and unique living experience.The rising number of rural B&Bs has increased the pressure on rural B&B operation.How to obtain higher customer satisfaction has become a pressing problem for B&B operators.Currently,consumers are getting used to buying travel products online,sharing travel experiences online,reviewing travel products online,and booking hotels and B&Bs based on online reviews.Many tourists choose their satisfied B&Bs by browsing online reviews in online travel booking platforms,and more and more customers are willing to post their stay experience reviews on online travel booking platforms.These online reviews contain a lot of useful information for tourists and B&B managers.In-depth study of customer reviews on online travel booking platforms can provide scientific feedback on B&B customer satisfaction and assist in business decisions.In recent years,the B&B industry in Yangshuo has developed rapidly,the number of rural B&B rooms has increased rapidly,and competition among rural B&Bs has become increasingly fierce.Founded in 2016,YD B&B Guilin Yangshuo is a small boutique B&B with 35 rooms with a view.Faced with fierce competition in the rural B&B market in Yangshuo,YD B&B in Yangshuo,Guilin urgently needs to improve service satisfaction and thus business performance.The article takes YD B&B in Yangshuo,Guilin,as the research object,and analyzes the factors influencing the service satisfaction of this B&B through textual analysis of the online reviews of the B&B’s customers on online travel platforms.In terms of research methods,this text mainly uses content analysis,literature analysis,word frequency analysis and semantic network analysis.First,the research analysis is conducted on the definition of related concepts and the current status of research,the definition of B&B and the current status of research,customer satisfaction theory and service quality theory.Then,the marketing environment and service status of YD B&B are introduced.Then,based on the online reviews of Ctrip.com,we analyze the factors that affect the customer satisfaction of YD B&B,and finally propose strategies to improve the customer satisfaction of YD B&B accordingly.The article finds that the satisfaction ratings of YD B&B in Yangshuo,Guilin,from the highest to the lowest are infrastructure,experience,service quality and location environment,and that the service management of this B&B has problems such as service efficiency needs to be improved,safety of service facilities needs to be improved,and the surrounding environment needs to be optimized.Based on the research results,this paper proposes strategies to improve the service satisfaction of YD B&B from the aspects of overall improvement of service level,improvement of B&B cost performance,improvement of related infrastructure,and enrichment of B&B connotation construction. |
