More and more consumers have opted for online shopping because of the boomingE-commerce. As a result, a variety of companies will get a share from the E-commerce. Manyresearcher focus the Study on satisfaction of consumer online shopping.The research purpose on consumer satisfaction is through the feelings of the consumerson a product, liking or disliking, to judge the satisfaction degree on product quality, pre-salesservice and after-sales service, the using result, the price and so on. According to the result onthe consumer satisfaction, the continuous improvement of products or services will be set up,to ensure the product’s market share and rates of return. For the study of consumer satisfactionin the past, almost researchers selected the questionnaire and objective judgment to obtaincustomer satisfaction data, and select the appropriate indicators, constructed to the satisfactionsystem, and then come to the conclusion of consumer satisfaction.New data resource would be provided for the research of customer satisfaction becauseof the development of E-business. Online reviews on products are a kind of response aboutcustomer’s feeling on online shopping. Online reviews are opened reviews of customer’sincluding product performance, like or dislike, the service attitude. This paper collects theonline reviews’ material, constructs the customer satisfaction system, build the fuzzy rules,calculating the customer satisfaction.
