| In the increasingly complex dynamic environment of business competition,enterprise management depends more and more on the flexibility of organizational managers,and the centralized leadership style can not adapt to the complex and changeable enterprise environment.As an effective way of organization management,leadership empowerment behavior has received more attention in the field of management practice.Employee innovation is the basis of enterprise innovation.The post-90 s employees,who grew up in the background of China’s reform and development and rapid economic growth,have higher education levels and more outstanding innovation ability at work.At the same time,they attach great importance to self-management at work.Therefore,it has a positive impact on the innovation performance of post-90 s employees.The realization of organizational innovation performance ultimately depends on employees.As employees born in the 1990 s gradually occupy important positions in the workplace,it is increasingly important to study and improve the innovation performance of employees born in the1990 s from the perspective of leadership.Based on the social exchange theory and information processing theory,this study takes employees born in the 1990 s as the research object,makes an in-depth analysis of the mechanism of leadership empowerment behavior on the innovation performance of employees born in the 1990 s,and builds a theoretical research model with knowledge sharing as the intermediary and organizational support as the moderating variable.Firstly,this paper conducts a literature review on leadership empowerment behavior,knowledge sharing,organizational support and innovation performance,proposes research hypotheses based on the analysis of the relationship between variables,and then selects appropriate scales as questionnaire items.Finally,using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis software,this paper conducts correlation analysis and regression analysis on 247 sample data.This paper examines the relationship between leadership empowering behavior and innovation performance of post-90 s employees,and confirms the mediating role of knowledge sharing and the moderating role of perceived organizational support.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between leadership empowerment behavior and innovation performance of post-90 s employees.Knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between leadership empowerment behavior and innovation performance of post-90 s employees;Organizational support positively moderates the relationship between leadership empowering behavior and innovation performance of post-90 s employees.This study further enriched the research framework of leadership empowerment behavior,and put forward feasible management suggestions for organization managers to improve the innovative performance of post-90 s employees. |
