Research On Multi-cluster Innovation Network Based On Industry Symbiosis

Scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading continue to accelerate,resulting in "three high and one strong" "made in New China" to a new level.In the background of promoting science and technology self-reliance,our country has gradually leapfrosted from the science and technology catch-up type of the second phalanx to the science and technology innovative country of the first phalanx.As the main body of innovation,enterprises need a large number of innovative talents and innovative resources,but it is difficult for a single enterprise to own all the resources for innovation,so it is often necessary for multiple enterprises to cooperate with each other and jointly participate in innovation activities.This just meets the network structure characteristic of industrial cluster.The mechanism of today’s market economy has something in common with the law of natural selection and survival of the fittest in nature evolution.Scholars from various countries have begun to try to explore the law of economic and social development from the perspective of population symbiosis.Many countries have successively established industrial parks with their own characteristics,which have become the main carrier of industrial cluster development.Industrial cluster,as an important allocation mode of international production factors,concentrates a large number of enterprises in a specific area,breaks the boundary of enterprises and improves regional efficiency.Attract more enterprises to snowball together,and promote the growth of new enterprises within the cluster.Based on the above background,this paper selects WJ National high-tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object,and studies the symbiosis of enterprises between and within regional industrial clusters respectively.WJ conforms to the national model of combining old industrial bases with industrial clusters with a low degree of specialization.In the research process,population ecology theory,symbiosis theory and collaborative development theory are firstly sorted out.Then,the multi-cluster symbiosis model was analyzed,and it was found that the multi-cluster symbiosis could be divided into satellite symbiosis,network symbiosis and network--satellite symbiosis.The logistic model was used to construct three symbiosis models,and the symbiosis innovation network evolution was carried out in combination with the development data of WJ high-tech zone.Finally,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the influence mechanism of cluster symbiotic innovation network on firm innovation performance,and selects knowledge absorptive capacity as the mediating variable and inter-organizational trust as the moderating variable to analyze the mediating role of knowledge absorptive capacity in the innovation process and how inter-organizational trust moderates the model.Enterprises in WJ National High-tech Zone are selected as research objects.SPSS statistical software is used to analyze the data collected from the questionnaire,and specific suggestions are put forward according to the cluster evolution and empirical analysis results.
