Study On Comprehensive Land Utilization Effect Of Co-occupation With Villages In Feicheng City

In the in-depth promotion of the integrated development of urban and rural areas and the reform system of "separation of three powers" for homesteads,saving and intensive use of land,rationally planning spatial layout,paying attention to rural ecology and cultural construction have become key tasks to promote rural revitalization.Therefore,under the reform system of "separation of three powers" of homesteads,it is of profound practical significance to explore the comprehensive land utilization effect of cohabitation on the economic input and output,social security and ecological construction of the county.Feicheng,as a typical area that actively promotes the "separation of powers" policy of homesteads and the initiative of cohabiting villages in villages,has always been named the hometown of Jian ’ an,and in order to solve the problems of serious outflow of rural population and hollowing out of villages,the measure of cohabitation of villages and villages has become the entry point on the basis of fully respecting the wishes of farmers.The comprehensive land utilization effect is to realize the optimal allocation of spatial layout through intensive land utilization,and realize the comprehensive utilization effect of benign interaction between economy,society and ecology.This paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical test to systematically analyze the comprehensive utilization effect existing problems of land living in villages under the "separation of powers" of homesteads,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions based on the research conclusions.Firstly,the theory of homestead property rights system,the theory of optimal allocation of land resources,the theory of human-land relationship and the theory of sustainable development are taken as the theoretical basis of the research to explore the comprehensive utilization effect of land living together in villages under the "separation of powers" of homestead.Secondly,a combination of online and offline methods was used to distribute questionnaires to rural residents living in new communities in Feicheng City,and the comprehensive use of land living in villages was analyzed through the collected data and questionnaire data.Thirdly,the composite control method is used to construct a comprehensive land use effect index system,explore the comprehensive land use effect before and after the merger of villages,and analyze and find that under the reform system of "separation of three powers " of homesteads,the comprehensive use effect of land is improved by improving the economic benefits of land input and output,improving social security,and strengthening ecological environment construction.At the same time,combined with the current situation and empirical results of the implementation of village cohabitation in Feicheng City,the problems existing in the comprehensive utilization of land living in villages and villages are further expanded and refined.Finally,based on the research conclusions,relevant policy suggestions are put forward,and an effective village governance mechanism is established from the aspects of policy system,public infrastructure,village planning,farmers’ lifestyle,and village ecological protection,etc.so as to improve the level of economic development while enhancing the happiness of rural residents and building a harmonious and beautiful village.By combing the current situation of comprehensive land utilization in the process of cohabitation of villages and villages,and analyzing the effects of comprehensive land utilization,this paper draws three conclusions: combined with the questionnaire,Feicheng City has basically implemented the policy of "separation of powers" for homesteads,and the cohabitation of villages has achieved preliminary results in village layout,public services,and living environment.According to the empirical results of the synthetic control method,the cohabitation of Feicheng and village cohabitation under the "separation of powers" of homesteads has positive impact on the comprehensive land utilization effect.Based on questionnaires and empirical analysis,there are still problems in the comprehensive land utilization of Feicheng City,such as imperfect policies and systems,high living costs and imperfect infrastructure for farmers,and structural differences in the degree of intensive land utilization.
