Sustainable Growth Ability Of Leading Enterprises Of Agricultural Industrialization In Hunan Province From The Perspective Of Ecology

With the advancement of agricultural industrialization,leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization have become an important force to promote agricultural development,increase agricultural income and stabilize market prices.With the dual support of the central government and local government,the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization are growing stronger and stronger,and the level of agricultural modernization is getting higher and higher.However,due to the lack of experience accumulation in the process of agricultural industrialization,the technical level and production efficiency need to be improved,extensive and inefficient development has a great impact on the environment.Especially the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization are facing various challenges after the transformation,which requires the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization to continuously improve their sustainable growth ability and promote the development of agricultural economy.Therefore,it is of practical significance to evaluate the sustainable growth ability of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province from the perspective of ecology,find out the obstacles to growth and give corresponding suggestions to improve the sustainable growth ability of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization.Firstly,this paper introduces the research status of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization at home and abroad,combs the relevant theories of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization,sustainable development of enterprises,and growth ability of enterprises,and shows the development status and existing problems of leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province.Secondly,by sorting out the indicators related to the sustainable growth ability of agricultural industrialization,the evaluation system is constructed.The indicators are economic sustainable growth ability,social sustainable growth ability,potential sustainable growth ability and ecological sustainable growth ability,and 20 indicators such as net operating profit,driving farmer’s ability and ecological environment friendliness are taken as the target indicators.Empirical research was carried out by combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The weight ranking of all target indexes in the evaluation index system of sustainable growth ability of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises from the ecological perspective was obtained.The top three weighting ranking results were net profit growth rate,green degree of products and investment degree of cleaner production.Thirdly,on the basis of the above contents,four key national leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province are selected as representatives,and the evaluation results are obtained by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation: the sustainable growth ability of three key national leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province is "good",the sustainable growth ability of another enterprise is "excellent",and the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province are "excellent".The overall development is in good condition,but there is room for improvement in some aspects of enterprises.It is suggested that leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization should concentrate their superior resources,cultivate their competitive advantages,upgrade the content of science and technology and the level of ecological innovation,improve the ecological industry chain,strengthen the construction of enterprise ecological culture,implement cleaner production and take the road of green marketing.Finally,the research conclusions are sorted out,and the research limitations and prospects are expounded.From the ecological perspective,the sustainable growth ability of the leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province needs to be further studied.
