With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the accelerated construction of urbanization,the population of our country is increasing gradually,which leads to the phenomenon of land conflicts in some areas of our country,and the urban construction and development occupies a large amount of land,which makes the development of rural agriculture also subject to a certain limit.However,agriculture as the primary industry plays an important role in stabilizing the development of national economy.We need to promote the sustainable development of agriculture step by step in the situation that agricultural land is facing decreasing day by day.Agricultural sustainable development is a new agricultural production mode which promotes agricultural resource conservation,agricultural ecological environment protection and agricultural industry growth.As the scale of agricultural land decreases gradually,it will bring great impact on the development of agricultural industry by promoting agricultural production to the sustainable development path.Zhuanghe City is a famous agricultural industry city in Liaoning province,promoting its sustainable development of agriculture is of great significance to Liaoning economy and the process of agricultural sustainable development of the whole province.Based on the growth limit theory,environmental carrying capacity theory and man-land system theory,this paper takes the agriculture of Zhuanghe City of Liaoning Province as the research object,adopts the European distance method evaluation model,and combines the previous relevant research results and research practice.Based on the principles of systematism,typicality,operationalization and quantification,16 evaluation systems were constructed,consisting of three groups: agricultural production and food security,agricultural resources and environmental ecology,and agricultural society production.There are 16 specific index systems including nitrogen fertilizer application rate,phosphate fertilizer application rate,potash fertilizer application rate,compound fertilizer application rate,per capita cultivated land area,ratio of agricultural effective irrigation area,multiple cropping index,forest coverage rate,ratio of soil formulation area,ratio of agricultural non-disaster area,per capita disposable income of farmers,cultivated land output level,agricultural land productivity,per capita grain output and Engel coefficient.The author collected and sorted out relevant agricultural original data and statistical yearbooks of Zhuanghe City in Liaoning Province and calculated,analyzed and studied the agricultural sustainable development level of Zhuanghe City during 2012-2021.The results show that the level of agricultural sustainable development in Zhuanghe City of Liaoning Province presents an overall increasing trend,but the level varies slightly in different years.Furthermore,the index influencing factors of agricultural sustainable development are further analyzed.Finally,combining with the actual agricultural development in Zhuanghe City,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting agricultural sustainable development are put forward. |
