With the development of our country’s economy and the improvement of education level,the work content of our people has changed.The people are no longer mainly in agricultural production,most of the young and middle-aged people are working in enterprises.Human Resources is an important resource to promote the sustainable development of enterprises,which is reflected through the labor of employees.The rapid economic development and technological progress promote the division of labor within the enterprise to produce the corresponding jobs.Whether the employees are competent for their own work will directly affect the level of work efficiency,which is essential to achieve the objectives of the enterprise.To improve the performance of employees and promote the development of enterprises has always been the goal of enterprises.In the process of building the enterprise,the managers should consider the person-post matching degree,so that the staff can improve the working efficiency and create considerable profits for the enterprise.In the process of enterprise development,if we want to continuously improve the work performance of employees,we should arrange the positions of employees reasonably,and then gradually improve the selfefficacy of employees in the process of work,inspire the enthusiasm of the staff.Through this way can enable staff to work in the process of improving their own work efficiency,and then continue to promote the development of the enterprise.This article reviews and sorts out existing relevant research from the perspective of person job matching,and combines the current situation of person job matching in enterprises to establish a relationship model between person job matching and employee job performance.Based on this,a series of research hypotheses are proposed to test the impact of person job matching on different dimensions of job performance.And self-efficacy as a mediating variable was added to the model for research.This article uses Internet Questionnaire Star and takes inservice employees as the survey subjects,with a total of 210 valid questionnaires collected.The statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used to conduct reliability and validity analysis,test of variance,correlation analysis,and structural equation path analysis on the collected data.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)The two dimensions of task performance and relationship performance of the dependent variable of person job matching have a positive impact;(2)Selfefficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between person job fit and employee performance.Finally,combined with the research conclusions,the following implications for enterprise management are given:(1)People position matching has a direct positive impact on job performance,and self-efficacy plays a mediating role between people position matching and job performance.(2)When selecting talents,enterprises should pay more attention to employees’ self-efficacy and the matching degree with their work content.(3)Motivate employees through job rotation and appropriate salary adjustments.(4)Improve self-efficacy through improving cultural environment and training,and enhance employees sense of identity and belonging to their posts.
