Study On The Cognition And Behavior Of Fertilizer Application In Wheat Growers From The Perspective Of Cultivated Land Fragmentation

Fertilizer is important in the development of the modern agriculture means of production,during the period of wheat growth plays a very important role,along with the development of agricultural production in China,however,many farmers in pursuit of crop yield,fertilizer use continues to rapidly increase,causing the soil degradation,reduce the crop production capacity,environmental pollution,and many other problems.There are many reasons for the excessive application of chemical fertilizer.Some scholars point out that one of the important reasons why the amount of chemical fertilizer applied by Chinese farmers is higher than the world average is that the cultivated land is relatively fragmented,which is determined by the national conditions.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand how farmland fragmentation affects farmers’ cognition and behavior when applying chemical fertilizer,for the production safety of agricultural products and the prevention and control of chemical fertilizer pollution.Based on the perspective of cultivated land fragmenting,this paper took Suining County,Jiangsu Province as an example,and studied the cognition and behavior of fertilizer application of wheat growers in Suining County,Jiangsu Province on the basis of theoretical analysis by means of field investigation,statistical description and case study.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the problems existing in the application of chemical fertilizer and cultivated land resources in China are introduced,the important literatures related to this paper are sorted out,the relevant theories are expounded and analyzed,and the ideas and methods for the follow-up research are proposed.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of cultivated land resources and chemical fertilizer application in Jiangsu Province and Suining County by using the data of statistical yearbook toillustrate the necessity of this study.Based on the survey data,a descriptive statistical analysis was conducted on the basic information of farmers,the degree of cultivated fragmentation and the impact of cultivated land fragmentation on the cognition and behavior of fertilizer application of wheat farmers.Finally,through to the yongfeng village two cultivated mode of different farmers in-depth interviews,to explore the cultivated land and finely turn on wheat farmers fertilizer cognition and behavior of internal mechanism,the analysis found restricted by traditional ideas and the source of income,farmers tend to integration of arable land to grow their own,rather than to others,but spontaneous land consolidation is a lack of science as a whole and guidance,etc.Through the descriptive statistical analysis and case analysis of the effects of cultivated land fragmentation on the cognition and behavior of fertilizer application of wheat farmers,the internal influencing mechanism was obtained as follows: When farmers fertilizer on widely used mechanical fertilization,and small-scale block machine cost is higher than the large scale of land,cultivated land and finely degree of farmers in order to save cost,and can reduce the number of mechanical fertilization,increase the number of artificial fertilization,and now with more migrant population,young adults,in order to avoid the risk of crop production to reduce,the farmers will by reducing fertilizer,add appropriate amount to replace wheat fertilizer single fertilization amount and time cost for labor demand,resulting in the phenomenon of excessive application of fertilizers.In order to transform the agricultural production mode and realize green development,the following improvement measures and suggestions are put forward in view of the above findings that lead to the excessive application of chemical fertilizer in China: strengthen education and guide farmers to establish the awareness of rational fertilization;Formulate local laws and regulations to regulate farmers’ fertilizer application behavior;Specific problems specific analysis,special governance of the problem of farmland fragmentation;We should fully respect the dominant position of farmers and guide and support the spontaneous land integration of the masses.Excavate inside the village capable person elite,mobilize the villager to participate in land conformity.
