In rural areas, due to the generally low level of farmers ’ knowledge, backward economic development and low level of mechanization, the problem of difficult connection between small farmers and modern agriculture has existed for a long time.Under the background of ’developing agricultural socialized services and accelerating agricultural scale management’,agricultural production outsourcing has attracted more and more attention because of its function of promoting the organic link between the small-scale farmer and the modern farming industry. However, the existing research on the impact of farmers ’ outsourcing behavior mainly focuses on a single influencing factor and all aspects of outsourcing.Due to the different decision-making willingness of farmers for different aspects of production outsourcing and the possible intersection between influencing factors, the research conclusions may have certain deficiency. Therefore, this thesis verifies how risk aversion, contract selection and their interaction affect farmers ’ production outsourcing decision-making behavior? The impact of risk aversion, contract selection and their interaction on outsourcing decision-making behavior in different production processes? In order to solve the above problems, based on the survey data of rice growers in Qingliu County,Fujian Province, constructing logitstic empirical model.First of all,the important variable of contract selection is introduced to strip out the interference effect of contract selection on farmers ’outsourcing decision-making when assessing the impact of risk aversion on outsourcing decision-making,and only the marginal impact of risk aversion on farmers ’ production outsourcing decision-making behavior is estimated.Secondly, explore the impact of contract selection on farmers ’production outsourcing decision-making behavior.Furthermore, explore the impact of the interaction term of risk aversion and contract selection on farmers’ production outsourcing decision-making behavior. Finally, explore the impact of risk aversion, contract selection and their interaction on outsourcing decision-making behavior in different production processes. The research in this thesis has certain reference significance for promoting the development of agricultural socialized service. The main research and conclusions of this thesis are:First, the impact of risk aversion on farmers ’ production outsourcing decision-making behavior. The results show that the degree of risk aversion of farmers negatively affects the outsourcing decision-making behavior. The higher the degree of risk aversion of farmers, the less inclined they are to outsource the transplanting and pest control links with high risk.Second, the impact of contract selection on farmers ’ production outsourcing decision-making behavior is analyzed. The results show that farmers ’ contract choice behavior has a positive impact on outsourcing decision-making behavior, and farmers who sign oral or written contracts are more inclined to choose outsourcing.Thirdly, the influence of the interaction between risk aversion and contract selection on farmers ’ production outsourcing decision-making behavior is analyzed. The results show that the interaction term of risk aversion and contract selection also plays a positive role in farmers ’outsourcing decision-making behavior, that is,the establishment of contract relationship between farmers and contractors can effectively reduce the impact of risk aversion on production outsourcing decision-making behavior, and there are differences in different production links, that is,in the links of transplanting and pest control, the interaction term of risk aversion and contract selection has a significant impact on farmers ’outsourcing decision-making behavior, but has no significant impact in the links of land preparation and harvesting. The following policy recommendations are proposed in the light of the above research findings:First, encourage farmers to actively participate in cooperatives and improve their ability to withstand risks;second, relevant departments should strengthen farmers’ education work so that farmers have a deep understanding of the establishment of contractual relationships, and actively guide farmers to establish a stable contractual relationship with the contractor;third, strengthen the promotion of agricultural outsourcing and promote the outsourcing of important production links of farmers.
