| With the improvement of people’s quality of life and changes in consumption concepts,consumers’ demand for commodities has also shown a trend of diversification.Consumers’ purchasing motivation and consumption experience for new products have largely promoted market demand.At the same time,a lot of discarded products are also produced.With the increase of discarded products,not only waste of resources,but also cause pollution to the environment.The recycling and remanufacturing of enterprises can effectively reduce the production cost of products,increase the sales revenue of products,and enhance the market competitiveness of products.The government has also formulated corresponding policies to encourage enterprises to recycle waste products in order to improve resource utilization efficiency and achieve sustainable development.This paper studies the optimal decision-making problem of the closed-loop supply chain recycling and remanufacturing model under government policy intervention.The main research contents include:In the first part,three closed-loop supply chain game models under different government policies are constructed,compared with the basic model of anarchy,and the optimal decisions of the pricing of manufacturers and retailers and the government’s reward and punishment coefficients are obtained under different government policies.The results show that: in the three models with government reward and punishment policies,the overall profits of manufacturers and supply chains are increased,and carbon emissions are also reduced,but this damages the profits of retailers;Three different government policies can reduce carbon emissions,increase consumer surplus and social welfare.In the second part,under the government subsidy policy and environmental tax policy,three different closed-loop supply chain recycling models,namely retailer recycling,third-party recycler recycling and mixed recycling,are constructed,and the results of different recycling models under the government’s dual policies are compared and analyzed.optimal decision.The results show that: under the government subsidy policy and environmental tax policy,when there are third-party recyclers participating in the recycling,the demand for products and the profits of retailers will decrease;only when the third-party recyclers recycle,can make all members of the supply chain Profit balance,increased recycling of waste products promotes recycling,thereby increasing consumer surplus,reducing carbon emissions and increasing social welfare.In the third part,the manufacturer’s remanufacturing and retailer’s remanufacturing models under the government subsidy policy and environmental tax policy are constructed,and the government subsidy policy and environmental tax policy are analyzed by comparing with the remanufacturing model under the no government policy model Impact on Remanufacturing Mode Decisions.The results show that: under the no-government dual-policy model,the manufacturer’s remanufacturing model is beneficial to the manufacturer and the entire supply chain system,but damages the retailer’s profit;under the government’s dual-policy model,each member of the supply chain will choose the retailer’s remanufacturing model.Manufacturing models.When the government policy parameters are in an appropriate range,the retailer remanufacturing model can not only increase the profits of supply chain members,but also improve consumer surplus and social welfare. |
