With the rapid development of the instant delivery industry, many instant delivery platforms have emerged, among which food delivery is representative. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has made instant delivery play an increasingly important role in social life, attracting more and more attention. However, there is a serious conflict between customer satisfaction and delivery costs in the instant delivery industry. How to design incentive strategies to fully meet customer needs and avoid high costs is a problem worthy of study. This article focuses on the study of crowd-sourced delivery models and mixed delivery models consisting of dedicated and crowd-sourced delivery.Corresponding incentive strategies and algorithms are designed.Specifically, targeting the problem of low initiative among crowd-sourced delivery personnel on instant delivery platforms, which leads to low customer satisfaction and high total delivery costs,we studied the problem of incentive dynamic pricing for crowd-sourced delivery personnel.Based on analyzing the relationship between bid willingness, customer satisfaction, and order compensation,we designed an incentive dynamic pricing strategy for crowd-sourced delivery personnel by dynamically increasing order compensation to encourage them to bid.Through a large number of numerical simulation experiments, the optimal incentive pricing conditions are obtained, and the applicable conditions for the incentive pricing model and the non-incentive pricing model are compared. The stability of the incentive pricing strategy is verified through sensitivity analysis.Secondly,in response to the incentive problem for crowd-sourced delivery personnel bidding in the mixed delivery mode,we propose a dynamic incentive strategy for crowd-sourced delivery personnel bidding by dynamically increasing order incentives based on order delay time.We designed four incentive strategies, including curve increasing incentive strategy, linear incentive strategy, segmented incentive strategy, and random incentive strategy.By using computational thinking and conducting a large number of numerical simulation experiments,we obtained the optimal incentive pricing conditions for the four incentive strategies.By comparing the total cost of the four incentive strategies,we identified the applicable conditions for different incentive strategies. Finally,a simulation comparison of unified incentive rewards for crowdsourced delivery mode and hybrid delivery mode was conducted under the linear incentive strategy, and the applicability of the two delivery modes was obtained,as well as their inherent connections and differences were analyzed. This article verified the effectiveness of incentive strategies by comparing the incentive-based bidding model and non-incentive-based bidding model in crowdsourced delivery mode. Results showed that incentive strategies can meet customer requirements for delivery timeliness and reduce platform delivery costs.Good results were achieved by using simulation pairing algorithm to solve the model, and provided reference for instant delivery platforms.Through analysis of the simulation results of the hybrid delivery mode,it was found that the total cost under the four incentive strategies decreased with the change of incentive conditions, among which the curve increasing incentive strategy and linear incentive strategy performed the best.Lastly, the optimal incentive conditions for the four incentive strategies were summarized, providing useful reference for the design of incentive strategies in the hybrid mode of instant delivery platforms.
