| In order to promote the refinement,differentiation,and high-quality development of car insurance business,change the business inertia of seizing the market premium scale through fees,explore new development strategies and innovative business models,strictly implement policy requirements in accordance with the guidance of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau,scientifically and reasonably determine car insurance prices,and reverse the irrational competition situation of simple fee prices.After implementing the comprehensive reform of automobile insurance,property insurance companies must firmly and fully implement the reform measures,take the lead in maintaining market order,promote high-quality development of the industry,and are crucial for the sustainable development of automobile insurance business.In this thesis,the Pacific Property Insurance Company C Company(abbreviated as "CPIC C Company")as the research object,and conducts research on the competitive strategy of CPIC C Company through a combination of literature research,comparative analysis,and case analysis.Review relevant competitive strategy theories and literature on the current development status of the insurance industry,and combine relevant data to compare and analyze the business situation of CPIC C Company and its main competitors.Use PEST method to analyze the political,economic,social,and technological environment,and elaborate on the development status of the industry;Using the Porter Five Forces model,analyze the industry environment from five aspects:the bargaining power of suppliers,the bargaining power of buyers,potential competitors,substitutes,and the competitive power of competitors in the same industry;Analyze the internal resource situation of the company by combining it with the value chain;Finally,through SWOT analysis,determine the strengths,weaknesses,threats,and opportunities of CPIC Finance Company C.Based on the actual situation,analyze the existing competitive strategies,point out the current problems,and formulate the next competitive strategy for the car insurance business,providing strong support for the transformation of the competitive strategy for the car insurance business of CPIC C Company.Although the price wars that have been repeatedly set and broken in the market will still affect the development of CPIC C Company’s car insurance business,PICC and Ping An are still the biggest competitors.Currently,Ping An’s market share of car insurance is increasing year by year,and the premium scale is expanding.The cost leading strategy implemented by CPIC C Company has encountered bottlenecks,and it is necessary to change the existing strategy,implement differentiated competitive strategies,stabilize CPIC C Company’s market share,and maintain its position in the top three markets in the industry.Implement differentiated strategies in terms of products,services,prices,channels,image,organization,and human resources,attract customer purchasing power through insurance products and high-quality services,and combine the company’s resources and advantages to provide management support for implementing differentiated strategies,continuously improving the core competitiveness of car insurance.Based on the research in this article,it is hoped to provide logical thinking and theoretical basis for the competitive strategy of CPIC C Company’s car insurance business,promote the individual customer line of CPIC C Company to find suitable car insurance competitive strategies,and promote the healthy,stable,and sustainable development of the car insurance industry in the Chongqing market. |
