| At present,China’s economy is transforming to high-quality development.In order to ensure the quality and efficiency of development in the new stage of development,the central government has further promoted the implementation of the coordinated regional development strategy and the market integration strategy.Urban agglomeration plays a very important strategic role in the construction of a new development pattern,and is very important in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure,coordinated regional development,the circulation of resources and elements,and market integration.After the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the country divided 19 urban agglomerations,and took four urban agglomerations in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing twin cities economic circle as the poles,meaning to lead the four poles of the development.Industrial agglomeration and development is an important way to improve the level of regional economic development,and also an important way to build a unified national market.The two different modes of professional agglomeration,both specialization and diversification,play an important role in promoting the high-quality development,overall coordination and allocation of market factors.Because of the different resource endowment,allocation efficiency and development path inside and outside the region,the influence of industrial agglomeration on regional economy has regional heterogeneity.At the same time,because the behavior of enterprises as the micro subject of economy and the heterogeneity of enterprises affect the industrial agglomeration and regional coordinated development,the factor of enterprises can not be ignored in the research of industrial agglomeration.To this end,this thesis chose the most representative four pole:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze river delta,pearl river delta and Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as a research scope,discusses the industrial agglomeration in the macro performance and regional heterogeneity on the agglomeration of performance,and the externality of enterprise benefit of micro economy and enterprise heterogeneity on the effect of agglomeration benefit release,try to combine the macro and micro two study of industrial agglomeration effect,for the coordinated development of regional economy and market integration to provide some targeted policy Suggestions,has certain theoretical significance and practical significance.This thesis selects the data from the city level and enterprise level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2019.Firstly,the relevant basic theories and influence mechanisms of industrial agglomeration,regional economy,industrial agglomeration and enterprise benefits are sorted out.Secondly,the specialization and diversification of industrial agglomeration on the macro effect of regional economy,summarizes the present situation of the four urban agglomeration,including their development characteristics,economic status,industrial structure and agglomeration level,again for the different types of industrial agglomeration and regional economic regression test and regional heterogeneity test.Then,the specialization,diversification of industrial agglomeration on the micro effect of enterprise benefit,test the influence of different types of industrial agglomeration on enterprise yields,and according to the degree of industry competition,the type of ownership heterogeneity classification,detailed investigation under the influence of enterprise heterogeneity,industrial agglomeration affect the enterprise yields.The research results show that:(1)from the test results of the influence of industrial agglomeration on regional economic development,specialized agglomeration has an obvious effect on promoting urban economic growth,and diversified agglomeration has a significant inhibitory effect on urban economic growth.(2)From the test results of the regional heterogeneity of the influence of industrial agglomeration on regional economic development,it shows obvious regional heterogeneity.Specialized agglomeration has a significant positive impact on the Yangtze River Delta region,and no significant impact on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Chengdu-Chongqing and Pearl River Delta regions.Diversified agglomeration plays a hindering role in chengzhou-Chongqing and Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations,and plays a greater constraint role in the Yangtze River Delta.(3)From the test results of the influence of industrial agglomeration on enterprise benefits,industrial specialization agglomeration has a positive effect on promoting the profit margin of enterprises,and industrial diversification agglomeration has a negative hindering effect on the profit margin of enterprises.By urban agglomeration inspection,industrial specialization agglomeration plays a significant role in promoting the return rate of enterprises in Chengdu-Chongqing region,and plays a inhibitory role in inhibiting the profit rate of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.Diversified agglomeration plays a binding role on the profit margin of enterprises in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration and plays a significant role in promoting the benefits of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region.(4)From the test results of enterprise heterogeneity of industrial agglomeration on enterprise efficiency: when testing the heterogeneity of competition degree of the industry of the enterprise,it is found that the influence of specialized industrial agglomeration on the benefits of enterprises with low competition degree is significantly positive,while the coefficient of enterprises with high competition degree is negative but not significant;there is no significant relationship between diversified agglomeration and enterprises with different competition degree.When examining the heterogeneity of enterprise ownership,it is found that professional agglomeration significantly improves the benefits of private enterprises and restricts the benefits of state-owned enterprises;Diversified agglomeration has no significant impact on the benefits of state-owned enterprises,while the benefits of private enterprises have a significant positive impact.Based on the above research conclusions,it is proposed that appropriate industrial agglomeration types should be built to promote the development of regional economy and enterprise benefits,and pay attention to the influence of regional heterogeneity and enterprise heterogeneity on the release of industrial agglomeration effect.Considering the performance of agglomeration effect and the influence of heterogeneity,targeted infrastructure construction and industrial planning should be carried out to promote the optimization of industrial structure,the coordinated development of regional economy and market integration. |
