With the development and maturity of the real estate industry,the sub-sectors of all links in the industry have gradually become clear,and the real estate agency industry has emerged and gradually become an indispensable part of the real estate industry chain.The real estate agency industry is closely related to the real estate industry,and adjusts its own development rhythm with the ups and downs of the real estate market.Under the transformation of China’s economy and the new normal of the real estate industry,the real estate agency industry is facing severe challenges.On the one hand,it is the superposition effect of macro-policies.With the pressure of clearing the industry,the market broke down the box and fell beyond expectations.The golden and silver ages of the real estate industry are gone forever,and the bronze age has arrived.This is already a reality;On the other hand,the situation of the real estate industry is grim,and the more rational consumers think about buying houses,the more it is necessary for the real estate agency industry to rethink its own positioning and adjust its own strategy,from extensive development in the past to refined development,and to be prepared for a protracted war in the future;Finally,with the increasing decentralization of real estate marketing channels in recent years and some brand developers starting to build their own sales teams,real estate agents are facing an increasingly fierce competitive environment.In the new round of integration and reshuffle,the development of real estate agents is facing unprecedented challenges.In this paper,BG real estate agent Shanxi branch,a typical real estate agent company,is selected as the research object.Specifically,based on the theory of competitive strategy,using PEST model and five forces model analysis,this paper fully analyzes the external macro-environment and industry environment of BG real estate agency Shanxi Branch,then deeply analyzes the resources and capabilities owned by the company,and then carries out SWOT analysis on the company to identify the external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages of BG real estate agency Shanxi Branch.On this basis,this paper puts forward the differentiated competition strategy and the guarantee measures for the competition strategy of BG real estate agent Shanxi Branch.The viewpoints put forward in this paper can provide reference for BG real estate agent Shanxi Branch to formulate competitive strategy and contribute to the long-term healthy development of enterprises.At the same time,it also provides reference for other real estate agents to think about competitive strategy.
