| Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the acceleration of the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization process,the Party and the government have attached great importance to the imbalance and inadequacy of urban and rural development,and proposed to use the urban-rural integration strategy to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,promote the two-way flow of factors,and promote rural revitalization.It is an important topic in the new era to study the issues related to rural tourism development combined with the background of urban-rural integration.As a new form of rural tourism,home stay plays an important role in driving the development of rural economy,improving the ecological environment and promoting cultural development.With the enhancement of rural attraction,personnel flow trend has from the rural to urban one-way flow into two-way flow.More people are visiting rural tourism and starting businesses,home-stay investment phenomenon increasingly hot,but the home stay industry presents the phenomenon of "false prosperity",facing the inevitable requirement of quality upgrade.Therefore,this paper combines the background of urban and rural integration,and analyzes the influencing factors and paths of the growth of homestay enterprises,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of homestay enterprises.In this paper against the background of urban and rural integration,with zhaoxing scenic area home stay enterprise as the research object,to enterprise growth,social capital,social interaction and other related theory as the instruction,the main answer "what is the growth of homestay enterprises" "what factors affect the growth of homestay enterprises",and "what is the path of home stay enterprise sustainable growth" three questions.First of all,the development process of homestay enterprises in Zhaoxing Scenic area is sorted out,and zhaoxing Dong Village and Tangan Dong Village with relatively high tourism development degree are selected as the analysis objects to analyze the general situation of homestay enterprises in the two Dong villages respectively.Then,the characteristics of the growth of homestay enterprises in Zhaoxing Scenic area are summarized from three aspects: the expansion of the scale of homestay enterprises,the improvement of the service ability and operation ability of home stay owners,and the cluster development of homestay enterprises,answered the question "what is the growth of homestay enterprises".Next,combined with the interview materials obtained from the field survey,using the method of grounded theory,construct a theoretical model of the factors influencing the growth of homestay enterprises.Through the study findings,the four dimensions of resources,relationship,system and structure work together in the start-up and growth process of homestay enterprises,and play the role of basic,supportive,supportive and dynamic,respectively,Answered the question "what factors affect the growth of homestay enterprises".Finally,combined with the interview data,literature and the influencing factors of home stay enterprise growth,further research and analysis found that under the action of influencing factors,homestay enterprises realize individual growth through intergenerational inheritance and knowledge transfer,and then realize collective growth through imitation and innovation and group operation.This collective development can promote the sustainable growth of B & B enterprises.Therefore,answered the question "what is the path for homestay enterprises to achieve sustainable growth".This paper combines the background of urban and rural integration,and the study of "the influencing factors and paths of the growth of homestay enterprises",which helps to reveal the path of individual growth of homestay enterprises to collective growth,and explore the realization path of urban-rural integration to promote rural revitalization. |
