In this era of variability,uncertainty,complexity,ambiguity,everything is very vague and volatile,which requires software in the process of research and development should not only have high enough adaptability,but also have fast enough response,but also have the ability to ensure product quality.The financial industry software products should be more so.Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,due to resource constraints or the company ’s early development planning and other reasons,the software project development process quality management often has more problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the quality management ability of the R & D process to effectively manage and control the quality of each stage of the software project R & D process,reduce risks,and improve product quality.At the same time,this is also a necessary condition for the sustainable development of enterprises.K company is a national small and medium-sized financial enterprise.It is currently in a stage of rapid expansion.In 2021,ISO9001 quality management system certification and CMMI3 software maturity certification were completed,and a quality management system was initially established.In the operation of the quality management system,there are still various quality problems in the R & D process,resulting in frequent online problems and decreased business satisfaction.In this context,this paper analyzes the quality management system,quality management status,quality results,existing problems and causes in the software project development process of K company.Combined with the theoretical knowledge of ISO9001 software quality management system and total quality management,referring to a large number of literatures,the optimization scheme is given systematically from the process of resource management,management responsibility process,product realization process,measurement,analysis and improvement process,and the scheme is applied to the specific project practice,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.Finally,the improvement of product quality and business satisfaction also provides a reference for the same type of enterprises.
