| With the globalization process and the increasingly fierce competition in the international logistics market,how to maintain the competitiveness is the key to the survival of the international logistics enterprise.Employees' especially the front-line employees are the wealth of logistics enterprises.Because logistics enterprises employees' performance appraisal is affected by economic fluctuations,whether the economic situation is good or bad,there is a high turnover rate of employees for logistics enterprises.In this paper,the research object of PZ International Logistics Co.,Ltd is typical of China's small and medium-sized private international logistics enterprises,when facing fierce market competition,how to improve the incentive mechanism,reduce staff turnover,improve work efficiency and enthusiasm is the management problem for PZ company's management to be solved.This paper adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,after researching domestic and foreign incentive research literature,using employee satisfaction survey to analyze the status of incentive plan of PZ international logistics company.Based on the maturity scale and the characteristics of PZ company,We compile a PZ company employee satisfaction questionnaire.After data collection we used SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis.The results show that PZ employee's satisfaction with the current incentive plan is low,and further analysis found that different positions,different departments,different education backgrounds,and genders show differences degree in employee satisfaction.This article analyzes the deficiencies of existing incentive plan of PZ company through interviews and analysis results then put forward the optimization measures from the aspects of salary and benefits optimization,establishment of a reasonable performance evaluation system,establishment of a scientific training management system,and guidance of employees in career planning.This paper takes the improvement of PZ international logistics company's incentive plan as the research theme,the conclusion provides theoretical support for PZ company's incentive plan improvement It also provides some references for China's medium-sized international logistics companies to enhance employee stability and enterprise's competitiveness. |
