With the rapid development of China’s economy and social progress,insurance,an important part of the financial industry,has been steadily advancing,while life insurance is an important part of the synchronous development of the whole industry.The development of an industry is closely related to a constantly changing market,which also makes the industry face different levels of risks and tests at all levels.In the current situation,the original business model and marketing strategy can not adapt to the rapidly changing market,the future marketing strategy needs to be further explored.In the past,the marketing of enterprise life insurance focused on itself,optimizing its product structure,marketing strategies and other aspects to increase its market share.It is not enough to adapt to market changes only by improving itself.The company should realize that the future development of life insurance industry must be based on the needs of customers for insurance.This article takes Ping An Life Insurance Guizhou Company as an example,from the macro environment,industry environment,micro environment and other aspects of a comprehensive study.Based on the relevant theories of marketing and service marketing,as well as the practical work experience in Ping An Life Insurance Company,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of China Ping An Guizhou Company,studies its marketing strategies and puts forward the appropriate marketing strategies.In other words: in terms of product strategy,we have developed innovative products of "comprehensive finance + medical and health",introduced insurance broker system,and explored new ways of insurance marketing.In terms of promotion,personnel promotion,advertising,public relations promotion and sales promotion can be combined.In terms of service strategy,regular training and assessment should be conducted for marketing personnel to enhance the core strength of the company,and training for insurance practitioners in dressing and etiquette should be conducted to show customers a professional image.By organically integrating relevant theoretical knowledge with practical activities in the insurance market,this paper concludes the marketing strategy suitable for Ping An Life insurance in Guizhou life insurance market,hoping to play a certain role in promoting the reform of the marketing strategy of Guizhou life insurance market.
