| The development of intelligence is an important direction of "Made in China 2025",which provides new opportunities for the development of intelligence in the logistics industry.In recent years,with the continuous development and expansion of intelligent chemical plants and intelligent logistics warehousing,the demand for logistics transportation equipment in the market has become increasingly strong,and higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of logistics transportation products.To complete the product or logistics transportation operation more efficiently,a faster and more stable logistics transportation system is required,The product quality of conveying equipment is an important factor to determine the stability of the overall system operation,and the product quality has become a key factor to win market share.However,most of the transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises do not put the improvement and improvement of product quality at the proper level.They blindly pursue production capacity and ignore product quality.How to solve product quality problems and improve product quality through scientific and effective management methods deserves our in-depth study.DM Company is a scientific and technological innovation enterprise of intelligent logistics equipment.It is committed to benefiting more enterprises with faster and more efficient intelligent logistics technology,improving the operation efficiency of enterprises and reducing the flow cost of goods,and providing more enterprises with advanced,stable and reliable intelligent logistics products and systems.This paper mainly introduces the application examples of the G5 series products of DM Company to improve the product quality qualification rate and customer satisfaction by using the quality tools.G5 series product line is widely used in e-commerce,express,textile,supermarket retail and other business areas.It is the main product of DM Company.From listening to the voice of customers,we know that there are many quality problems in the production and assembly process of this series of products,which affects customer satisfaction,and then affects customers’ choice of product suppliers when formulating logistics transportation plans and purchasing logistics transportation systems.In order to change this situation,this paper uses quality management tools,six sigma DMAIC model and PDCA cycle to study the quality optimization and improvement of the manufacturing process of G5 series products.At first,the paper summarizes the relevant research status of quality optimization and improvement at home and abroad,PDCA cycle and six sigma,and then introduces the status quo of the quality problems of G5 series products of DM Company,Then,the six sigma DMAIC model and PDCA cycle method are used to study the quality improvement of G5 series products.The improvement process is as follows: at the stage of defining the improvement scope(D),the main quality problems are analyzed by analyzing the quality data of internal and external customers,which are the quality problems in the assembly process,and the objectives that are expected to be achieved after the improvement are defined;In the stage of data analysis of the status quo of the content to be improved(M),the status quo of the assembly quality problems determined in the definition stage was sorted out through Plato;In the stage of problem cause analysis(A),with the help of fishbone diagram and brainstorming,the possible causes of unqualified problems are analyzed as much as possible from five aspects: human,machine,material,method and environment;In the problem item improvement stage(I),guide the staff of each department to carry out cross-department product quality activities,discuss and formulate effective improvement measures jointly by the staff of each relevant department,formulate the operation guidance document according to the idea of "5W1H",and manage the process of formulation and implementation,verification and solidification of measures with the help of PDCA cycle;In the control stage of improvement measures(C),the improvement measures will be standardized and standardized,and the Layered Process Audits will be introduced as the system guarantee.Finally,the effect of the improvement is evaluated,and the improved quality data is displayed in the form of Plato,and the PFMEA tool is used for continuous improvement. |
