Research On The Optimization Of Operation Mode Of X Industrial Park Under The Background Of Digital Economy

In recent decades,with the rapid construction and development of industrial parks throughout the country,it has provided good support for the integration of cities and industries and the development of China’s economy.With the rise of digital economies such as big data and artificial intelligence,most industrial parks have encountered inadequate responses in the context of this digital economy,and the phenomenon of homogenization in industrial parks has become prominent,which has had a significant impact on the benign development of industrial parks.Therefore,it is particularly important to conduct research on the impact of industrial parks in the context of the digital economy and propose practical optimization of the existing industrial park operation mode for the further development of the regional economy and industrial parks.As a typical industrial park in central China,X Industrial Park is facing the disruptive impact of digital technology on park management methods and operation methods in the context of the digital economy.Especially under the impact of the epidemic in the past three years,the operation mode of the park is inefficient,making it even more difficult to obtain high-quality enterprises to settle in the competition among multiple industrial parks around it.Therefore,this article takes X Industrial Park as a case study to identify the existing problems in the operation mode of X Industrial Park through research,and uses the SWOT method to determine its optimal development strategy under the current state.After determining the direction of the development strategy,it identifies the shortcomings of the current operation mode of X Industrial Park in selecting the optimal strategy,and proposes optimization paths based on the operation management theory.This article believes that in the context of the digital economy,X Industrial Park has problems such as the lack of a comprehensive digital management platform,the fragmentation of the industrial ecosystem of enterprises settled in the park,and the lack of outstanding talents in digital transformation in the management team.In the post epidemic era,these issues will amplify the impact of new buildings and industrial parks with better surrounding hardware conditions,resulting in slower development speed of the X Industrial Park,and even worse operating conditions,until it is annexed by other industrial parks.Through a detailed analysis of the operation mode of the operators in the X Industrial Park and the direction of digital transformation in the context of the digital economy,this article proposes that the X Industrial Park should increase the introduction of professional management personnel in the field of digital transformation,rebuild the operating system and mechanism,build a digital twin system in the park,reshape the ecological system in the park,improve the microcirculation in the park,increase investment in brand Try new revenue channels and other optimization paths for existing operating models.This study has improved the competitiveness and profitability of X Industrial Park,and also provided corresponding reference for other traditional parks to transform their operation mode digitally.
