With the rapid development of modern logistics and the constant change of the market environment,enterprises increasingly need to shape a harmonious working atmosphere through the internal and external pro-social behavior of employees,which is an important prerequisite for the smooth development of logistics enterprises.The prosocial behavior of employees in logistics enterprises is of great significance to the development of individuals,enterprises and society.From the individual level,it is beneficial to improve personal job satisfaction and personal reputation and status;From the organizational level,it is conducive to creating a good working atmosphere,promoting enterprise innovation,and reducing employee turnover;From the social perspective,it will promote the progress of the entire logistics industry,meet social needs,and drive the economic growth of the industry.In logistics enterprises,leaders,as managers and supervisors of employees,play an important role in stimulating employees’ prosocial behavior,and the relationship with employees will have an important impact on employees’ prosocial behavior.This paper takes this as the starting point,starting from the perspective of social distance and based on the situation of logistics enterprises,discusses the mechanism of social distance,organizational identification and prosocial behavior,provides a new perspective and approach for the prosocial behavior of logistics enterprise employees,enriches relevant theoretical research,and provides reasonable and effective suggestions and measures for individuals,enterprises and governments through empirical research.First of all,this paper summarizes and combs the relevant concepts,measurements,and influencing factors of social distance,organizational identification,and prosocial behavior through the method of literature analysis,and constructs theoretical models and puts forward research hypotheses with the theoretical support of social distance theory,social identification theory,and prosocial behavior theory.Secondly,using the mature scale of relevant research for reference,determine the items of variable measurement and form a questionnaire.Take the employees of Tianjin logistics enterprises as the research object,collect the questionnaire through online channels,and obtain 283 valid questionnaires through recycling,screening and sorting.Finally,we use SPSS20.0and AMOS23.0 to analyze the sample data,and test the theoretical model and research hypothesis through empirical research methods such as reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,hierarchical regression analysis and Bootstrap intermediary effect analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between social distance and prosocial behavior.The higher the similarity between social distance and leaders,the more prosocial behavior employees have;The higher the intimacy with leaders,the more prosocial behaviors of employees;(2)There is a significant positive correlation between social distance and organizational identification.The higher the similarity with leaders,the stronger the organizational identification of employees;The higher the intimacy with leaders,the stronger the organizational identification of employees;(3)There is a significant positive correlation between organizational identification and prosocial behavior.The higher organizational identification is,the more prosocial behavior employees have;(4)Organizational identification plays a mediating role between social distance and prosocial behavior.Based on the empirical research results of prosocial behavior,from the perspective of Individual,enterprises and government,suggestions are put forward to further promote the prosocial behavior of logistics enterprises: 1.Employees should establish correct work values and increase prosocial behavior.2.Leaders should change their management thinking and pay attention to the internal needs of employees.3.Enterprises should strengthen employees’ organizational identification and improve their initiative.4.The government should give full play to the role of guidance and supervision to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.By putting forward reasonable and effective suggestions,encourage the employees of logistics enterprises to implement more prosocial behaviors,and promote the sustainable development of logistics enterprises and even the industry.
