Under the background of the improvement of the national economic level and the consumption upgrading,consumers pay more and more attention to the taste,brand reputation and product quality of leisure food.The industry is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading to meet the personalized and high-quality needs of consumers.With the advent of the network era,e-commerce,unmanned storage,digitalization and other technologies emerge in an endless stream,and the application of new technologies is unprecedently prosperous,which has significantly improved the operating efficiency of enterprises.In this context,the new retail arises at the historic moment.It subverts the traditional retail model of product-centered sales concept.The new retail is customer-oriented and meets customer needs as the purpose,and realizes the personalized and refined marketing of products.At present,the new retail has gradually replaced the traditional retail model,and many enterprises have joined in the transformation of the new retail.The market competition is no longer limited to the competition of products,but to expand to the competition between profit models.The transformation of retail mode is bound to adjust its profit model,so as to better adapt to the new retail environment and maintain the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent for enterprises in the snack food industry to find a profit model in line with the new retail background.In 2016,Bestore started the exploration and transformation of new retail,and its profit model has also been adjusted accordingly.Now,its profit model shows the characteristics of high degree of integration between channels,digital operation and management,and the enterprise scale and profit maintain a continuous good trend.Therefore,this paper takes Bestore as an example,constructs an analytical framework based on the theory of profit model,core competitiveness theory and value chain theory,and uses the research methods of case analysis,literature analysis and comparative analysis to explore its adjusted profit model and evaluate its operation effect.First of all,this paper summarizes the theoretical research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the new retail and profit model,expounds the general situation of the leisure food industry,compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the traditional retail profit model and the new retail profit model of the industry,and compares the results to reflect the advantages of the new retail profit model.At the same time,clarify the development layout of the current profit model of the store,and analyze the profit model of the store;Secondly,this paper evaluates the financial operation effect of the profit model under the horizontal and vertical background,and conducts vertical financial analysis from six aspects: supply chain management ability,omni-channel operation ability and business profitability;conduct factor analysis with the same industry companies.Finally,on the basis of literature analysis and case analysis,the paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the profit model of Bestore under the new retail background,summarizes the difficulties faced by the industry as universal and representative,and seeks solutions,so as to provide reference for other snack food enterprises to adjust the profit model.The research results show that the adjusted profit model brings good performance.Besides the insufficient research and development investment and poor channel information transmission,the profit model of the store expands the sales channel and the revenue source,plays the digital advantage of the enterprise,improves the operation efficiency,integrates the supply chain,improves the cost structure,and provides new impetus for the development of the enterprise,which is worth reference for other enterprises.Hope to combine the actual research of each enterprise,can to the industry.
