In recent years,the traditional manufacturing industry is faced with the opportunities and challenges of transformation and upgrading,and the laser industry in the manufacturing industry has entered the fast track of rapid development,which has laid a good foundation for the technological innovation in the relevant application fields of the manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of laser industry,industry competition is increasingly intensified,many enterprises try to expand business scale and establish market position through the implementation of industrial chain integration,the formation of the whole industrial chain layout,and this trend is gradually accelerating.As one of the leading enterprises in the downstream industry chain of laser industry,Huagong Technology has formed a large scale and diversified business development pattern in this field through the construction of a complete industrial chain layout,achieved significant operating benefits and improved the enterprise value.Therefore,to fully understand how to effectively promote the realization of value creation under the layout of the whole industrial chain of Huagong Technology is of great significance for the sustainable development of the enterprise itself and even the industry.This thesis takes Huagong Technology as the case object,combines the value chain theory,synergistic effect theory,transaction cost theory and industrial organization theory,and conducts an in-depth study on the value creation under the layout of the whole industrial chain of Huagong Technology.In this thesis,based on the industry background of Huagong,the basic situation of operation and the motivation for the implementation of the whole industrial chain layout,the process of the implementation of the whole industrial chain investment layout of Huagong from 2014 to 2021 is systematically reviewed,the vertical and horizontal paths of the implementation of the whole industrial chain layout are analyzed,and the business structure relationship of the value chain under the whole industrial chain layout is determined.Then,it takes this as a medium to dig deeply into the value drivers and value creation paths under the layout of the whole industrial chain,and further clarify the value creation mechanism.Finally,starting from the realization effect of synergies,this thesis selects appropriate financial indicators and corresponding data of comparable enterprises and industries for horizontal and vertical comparative analysis,and combined with the calculation results of EVA economic added value model,comprehensively evaluates the effect of value creation driven by the layout of the whole industrial chain of Huagong Technology,so as to fully show the specific changes of its value creation ability.Based on the analysis of the case enterprises,the following conclusions are drawn: In the process of implementing the layout of the whole industrial chain,Huagong Technology realizes effective control of the link of enterprise value creation through corresponding value creation paths based on the value driving factors such as business synergy,market extension,research and development synergy and organizational synergy;In addition,after the construction of the whole industrial chain layout,Huagong Technology gives full play to the positive synergy effect.Although the promotion effect on value creation is not obvious in the short term,in the long term,it successfully drives the enterprise value enhancement and realizes value creation.In view of the above research conclusions,this thesis also summarizes the corresponding enlightenment: firstly,enterprises should not blindly carry out investment layout in the process of building the whole industrial chain,but should focus on the development of the main industry and strengthen the control in the value creation link;Secondly,the layout of the whole industrial chain of enterprises needs to adhere to long-term construction,strengthen follow-up governance,and form long-term integration of factors and resources in the industrial chain,so as to promote the positive synergistic effect and realize the goal of value creation.Finally,enterprises should make a comprehensive judgment of their own basic conditions,and consider the layout of the whole industrial chain to avoid the counterproductive effect. |
