Research On The Evaluation Of China’s Provincial Common Prosperity And Its Influencing Factors

In October 2022,the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again placed the realization of common prosperity for all people in a more important position and regarded it as one of the five characteristics and essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization.Solid promotion of common prosperity has become the most important issue at present.However,most of the current scholars’ research on common prosperity only stays at the theoretical level,and the empirical research is relatively small.Through the construction of the inter-provincial evaluation system of common prosperity in China to measure,and combined with regional research to further analyze the factors affecting the degree of common prosperity,the relevant research results can provide scientific theoretical and practical guidance for the solid promotion of common prosperity.This thesis first systemically and scientifically combs the development process of the concept of common prosperity,the scientific connotation of common prosperity,the strategic goal of common prosperity,and the path to achieve common prosperity.On this basis,the thesis further analyzes the spatial correlation of inter provincial common prosperity,which shows that the theory of "first rich drives later rich" is scientific.Then,through empirical research,it is found that the influence of "common" on "prosperity" in common prosperity is first promoted and then suppressed.Then,based on the four different dimensions of the path of common prosperity,the key influencing factors of common prosperity are proposed and empirical research is carried out.Finally,starting from reality,this thesis focuses on the case analysis of common prosperity in common prosperity in Zhejiang Province,and analyzes the actual level of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province from seven aspects: gap level,sharing level,economic development,spiritual civilization,public services,ecological environment,and social governance;And introduce three typical modes of common prosperity in Zhejiang Province through case studies and analyze their influencing factors.The research conclusion shows that reducing the gap level,optimizing the industrial structure,adhering to the opening up,expanding the middle-income group,developing the financial market level,giving play to the government’s regulatory function,and improving the level of medical care and infrastructure can all promote the level of common prosperity.Extensive economic growth will increase the degree of affluence while reducing the degree of commonality and hindering the common prosperity.In this regard,we should pay attention to high-quality economic development,so that the results of economic development will benefit the whole people more and more equitably.However,improving population mobility and education level will aggravate the brain drain in poor areas,expand the gap between rich and poor areas,and curb the degree of common prosperity.
