Research On The Degree Of Collaboration And Influence Mechanism Of China-nepal-india Economic Corridor In The Perspective Of Geo-security Dilemma

At present,the "Belt and Road" lnitiative is growing vigorously.But the South Asia,the core region of the "Belt and Road" lnitiative,is full of obstacles.The China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor,The China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor,as an important part of the Belt and Road Initiative in South Asia,will not only contribute to the advancement of China’s Belt and Road Initiative in the Indian Ocean,but will also play an important role in promoting the opening up of Tibet to the outside world and maintaining the stability of the southwestern border.However,the geo-security dilemma in the collaborative development of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor is obvious.Against this background,it is crucial to analyse the current situation of the geo-security dilemma faced by the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor,and to explore the mechanism of the geo-security dilemma on the collaboration of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor and the path of collaboration.Frist of all,this thesis sorts out the relevent background and relevent research profile of China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor under the geo-security dilemma and the overview of relevant domestic and foreign research.Then,after the relevent concept are defined,the China-India geo-security dilemma,the China-Nepal geo-security dilemma,the Nepal-India geo-security dilemma and the China-India multi-subject geo-security dilemma to clarify the current situation of the geo-security dilemma faced by the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor on four levels.Third,the hierarchical analysis method is used to establish the cooperation index system of the China-India Economic Corridor from the four dimensions of politics,economy,society and transportation.Fourth,based on the synergy theory and system theory,a composite system collaboration model was constructed to measure the orderliness of the regional sub-systems of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor and the overall collaboration of the composite system of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor from 2010 to 2020 to explore its time-series evolution.Fifthly,on the basis of the analysis of Sino-Nepal-Indian economic corridor collaboration,the impact mechanism of Sino-Nepal-Indian economic corridor collaboration under the geo-security dilemma is explored.The main research results are as follows:(1)The evaluation results of the collaboration degree of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor show that the overall collaboration degree level of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor shows a fluctuating evolution trend,and the overall collaboration level is not high.In terms of regional sub-system orderliness,there are obvious differences between the regional sub-systems of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor.The level of collaboration in the Nepal-India regional economic corridor system is relatively high,but how to further improve it lies in the development of the political subsystem.Similarly,the political subsystem is the key to restricting the development of the collaboration of the China-India regional Economic Corridor system.The level of collaboration in the China-India regional economic corridor system has been on the rise,but there is still a big gap between the development of optimal collaboration in the economic corridor and the transport and social subsystems,which are the main reasons for its further development.(2)Based on the evaluation of the level of collaboration in the China-Nepal-India economic corridor,the impact mechanism of collaboration in the China-Nepal-India economic corridor under the geo-security dilemma is explored.First,the geo-security dilemma of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor is driven by a combination of material and non-material factors.Second,under the influence of the driving factors,the impact of the geo-security dilemma on the China-Nepal-India economic corridor collaboration is analysed at three levels: the geo-security dilemma of the participating actors,The geo-security dilemma within the economic corridor system(political-economic-social-transportation)and the external geo-security environment.The geo-security dilemma affects the development of China-Nepal-India economic corridor collaboration by influencing the strategic decisions of the participating actors;the geo-security dilemma within the economic corridor system affects the development of China-Nepal-India economic corridor collaboration by influencing the political,economic,social and transport sub-systems;and changes in the external geo-security environment lead to the intervention and involvement of extraterritorial powers in China-Nepal-India economic corridor collaboration.Secondly,The development of China-Nepal-India economic corridor collaboration is affected by changes in the external geo-security environment,which in turn leads to the intervention and involvement of foreign powers in China-Nepal-India economic corridor collaboration.(3)Based on the impact mechanism of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor under the geo-security dilemma,the development path of the China-Nepal-India Economic Corridor collaboration is explored from three aspects,including the collaboration of the participating actors,the internal political-economic-social-transportation collaboration of the economic corridor system,and the optimization of the external geo-security environment.
