Estimation Of The Development Level Of Intelligent Agriculture In Shaanxi Province And Its Contribution To The Growth Of Agricultural Economy

Smart agriculture is an important direction of modern agriculture development in today’s world,and also the internal driving force to promote rural revitalization.Although Shaanxi Province has made initial achievements in the development of agricultural science and technology,the current agricultural development of Shaanxi Province is mainly based on the development of traditional agriculture,most farmers are still engaged in simple agricultural production activities,and the land is seriously dispersed.In order to deeply understand the current development status of smart agriculture in Shaanxi province,analyze how to improve the development level of smart agriculture according to local conditions,and understand the contribution and influence of the development level of smart agriculture to the growth of agricultural economy.In this paper,the development level of intelligent agriculture in Shaanxi Province and its contribution to the growth of agricultural economy are analyzed as the main research content.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of smart agriculture on agricultural economy.Secondly,it investigates the development level of smart agriculture from the two sectors involved in smart agriculture.From a quantitative perspective,the Borat method is used to estimate the development level of smart agriculture in Shaanxi Province from 2010 to 2020,and in-depth analysis is made according to regional differences.Next,a neoclassical growth model is established based on C-D production function to study the contribution of smart agriculture to agricultural economic growth.The results show that:(1)From the overall development trend,the development level of intelligent agriculture in Shaanxi Province has been improving.In 2012,the development level of intelligent agriculture was the lowest,which was 6.85%,and in 2019,the development level of intelligent agriculture was the highest,which was 9.99%.But at present,the intelligent agriculture in Shaanxi Province has not really reached the initial stage of development.The penetration rate of smart agriculture in Shaanxi Province is still very small.At present,the development of smart agriculture is still dominated by demonstration,and it is difficult to play the role of leading industry in development.In the future development process,it needs to be further strengthened.(2)The development level index of smart agriculture in Xi ’an of Shaanxi Province reached 27.46% in 2020,while that of Yangling Demonstration Zone was 15.37%.Besides the two regions,the development difference of smart agriculture in other regions of Shaanxi province was not much changed,and the development was more balanced,showing a pattern of relatively advanced development in Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi and backward development in southern Shaanxi.(3)Intelligent agriculture in Shaanxi Province is an effective factor to promote the growth of agricultural economy,and the influence degree of various factors affecting the growth of agricultural economy in Shaanxi province is obtained.According to the standardization coefficient of the model,the standardization coefficient of investment in agricultural fixed assets,the number of agricultural employment and the development level of intelligent agriculture are-0.014,-0.025 and 0.981,respectively.The influence of agricultural fixed assets on the growth of agricultural economy is not obvious and has a lag effect.Shaanxi Province also has surplus labor force,which may aggravate the internal phenomenon of agricultural economic development,but cannot bring about economic growth in essence.The development level of intelligent agriculture has a great impact on the development level of agricultural economy in Shaanxi Province,which is the most significant.Increasing efforts to develop intelligent agriculture will have the greatest impact on the agricultural production economy of Shaanxi Province and the development of the whole agriculture.Finally,based on the above calculation results and comparative analysis,combined with the development status of Shaanxi Province,relevant suggestions and countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of increasing government support,broadening financing channels,increasing talent investment and standardizing industry construction,which is conducive to promoting the improvement of the development level of intelligent agriculture in Shaanxi Province.
