Study On Corporate Cultural Development Of Service "Three Agriculture" Of Agricultural Development Bank Of Shaanxi Province

Corporate culture is the comprehensive strength and soul of an enterprise.All the banks in China are exploring to build their own business culture,and create a lot of experience.Agricultural Development Bank of China(hereafter termed ADBC)is the only agricultural policy bank among China's 3 policy banks.Its special corporate culture is built through its particular development course and function.Currently,our Party and government take the issue of agriculture,rural area and farmers as the most important of all and set the objective to stably promote the construction of new socialist countryside.ADBC is clear to be endowed updated historical mission in this situation.To ADBC,this is a great opportunity and responsibility and ADBC must face its realistic and urgent project – how to deal with its internal system reform and conflicts and problems brought by active expansion in new business area.Great expectations are given to a series of corporate culture construction played out in ADBC.This paper is engaged to anatomize the overall strategy of Shannxi ADBC in corporate culture construction,to find the existing problems.Under the guidance of the corporate culture construction theory of abroad and domestic banks,applying the concentric circle theory,in accordance with the comprehensive plan and framework,the author raises the construction plan for shannxi ADBC aiming to serve agriculture,rural area and farmers,does systematic research and analyses the corporate culture of ADBC focusing on different levels – spiritual culture,management culture and material culture.Specific contents are listed and corporate culture construction measures are designed in this article,hoping to be promoted in the whole province and even the whole country.
