Optimization Research On The Turnkey Project Pre-Acceptance System Of M Company’s Production Line

In the turnkey project of the production line,the pre-acceptance link is a very important part of the turnkey project,which is related to the smooth completion of the project.This thesis finds effective ways to deal with the difficulties encountered by the seven pre-acceptance systems of M company’s production line through optimization research,and summarizes the accumulated experience in combination with China’s national conditions.This thesis focuses on the analysis from the perspective of project management,analyzes the deep-rooted causes of problems and dilemmas,as well as the optimization and improvement made by M company to deal with these dilemmas,and refines some empirical practices.The selected research object of this thesis is M company’s CNC machine tool industry,which,as an industrial base industry,is also the key field of development support in China.In the field of production line composed of CNC machine tools,turnkey project is a universal delivery form,which will have a broader demand in the future.Project management theory is used to analyze its causes,and specific optimization practices of M Company are explained in detail through the actual case of H project,which eliminates the huge information gap between the purchaser and the manufacturer in the pre-acceptance process,reduces the impact of the preacceptance process on the manufacturer’s normal production,saves the cost invested to meet the pre-acceptance conditions,and improves the public trust of the preacceptance results.Reduce the environmental risks caused by pre-acceptance waste products,strengthen the pre-acceptance process to cultivate new people,improve the level of pre-acceptance management,and improve the efficiency of enterprises.This thesis summarizes the optimization method of the pre-acceptance system for the turnkey project of M Company’s production line.Through the continuous optimization of the project organization,system,procurement,risk control and human resource management,the company’s internal capacity building is strengthened,and the external coordination mechanism is promoted to enhance the capacity of the preacceptance system.On the basis of effective internal integration,it is meaningful to optimize the preacceptance system of turnkey projects through possible external market-oriented methods,maximize the benefits of all parties involved in pre-acceptance,and bring benefits to enterprises,industries and practitioners.
