In recent years,with the deepening of economic globalization and marketization,enterprise competition pressure is increasing,employees are facing more and more occupational pressure,the phenomenon of job burnout is becoming increasingly prominent.Job burnout will not only affect the health and work performance of employees,but also have a negative impact on the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance for enterprises and employees to study the influencing factors and coping strategies of job burnout.This study takes the front-line employees of enterprises in G country as the research object and uses the perspective of social support to explore the influencing factors and coping strategies of job burnout.In this paper,Social support Scale(SSRS)and job burnout(MBI-GS)were used for questionnaire survey,and 197 valid samples were collected through online questionnaire distribution.Combined with the research significance and purpose of this paper,the theoretical framework and research hypothesis are put forward,and SPSS26.0statistical software is used to analyze the job burnout of employees in G company.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,it aims to provide effective coping strategies for enterprises to promote the health of employees and the development of enterprises.Through analysis,this paper concludes that the overall job burnout level of employees in G company is above the average level,and their scores in emotional exhaustion dimension and deindividuation dimension are relatively high,while the dimension of low personal achievement is relatively light.There are significant differences in the demographic characteristics of age,working years and jobs.Among them,there is a significant difference between age variable and low personal accomplishment dimension,and there is a significant difference between years of work and job position variable and deindividuation and low personal accomplishment dimension.However,there is no significant correlation between gender,marital status and education level and job burnout level of employees in G company.Based on the above research results,countermeasures and suggestions for preventing job burnout among employees in G company are put forward from macro,meso and micro perspectives.The main countermeasures are to optimize the allocation of human resources and set up rational occupational values at the macro level.At the middle level,we should adjust incentive policies,improve the level of new energy industry and pay attention to the health level of new energy industry personnel;Strengthen the communication with family members and strengthen the communication and contact between friends at the micro level.The results of this study have certain theoretical and practical significance,and can provide valuable reference for enterprise managers and human resource managers. |
