Research On Improving Product Quality Management Of S Company

Winning by quality is the foundation of an enterprise.Quality is also a key factor for an enterprise to win customer satisfaction and ensure a stable and excellent reputation.High-quality product quality is guaranteed by the quality management work at each stage in the product design,research and development and realization process.Only by continuously consolidating the effect of enterprise product quality management and continuously improving the level of enterprise product quality can we ensure the sustainable and long-term profitability and development of the enterprise.Taking the product quality of S Company as the research object,introducing the related concepts and theories such as quality management and continuous improvement,the research analyses the shortcomings of S Company’s actual quality management,summarizes the problems of product quality that do not meet standards,and explores the quality management process and system of a software product in the core phases and activities such as design,development,implementation and verification,etc.practices product quality management improvement plans and measures,and improves product quality status and enterprise quality management level.By these work,the conclusions show as follows:(1)The quality management of S Company has problems such as not paying attention to quality,invalid quality assurance plan,lack of quality continuous improvement mechanism,and insufficient quality investment,resulting in many quality problems,such as low product quality index compliance rate,delayed delivery schedule,and low one-time pass rate of product acceptance,and quality complaints increase year by year.(2)The improvement of the software product quality management plan can be spirally improved and perfected by improving the quality assurance plan,establishing a continuous improvement mechanism,and ensuring quality investment.(3)On the basis of improving the quality management improvement plan,it is necessary to cooperate with specific measures such as consolidating the process quality,strictly grasping the quality process norms,and carrying out targeted quality capability training,so as to ensure the achievement of the quality management improvement effect and the improvement of the enterprise’s quality management level.
