With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of market order,the competition among modern enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.Among all kinds of resource management in enterprises,the most dynamic is human resources,which plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,human resources of modern enterprises have become an important part of the core competitiveness of modern enterprises with its unique value,scarcity and irreplicability,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of modern enterprises.Some studies have shown that employees can only play 20%-30% of their potential under the condition of natural non-interference,and can play 70%-80% of their potential under the condition of full mobilization of enthusiasm,and their work efficiency can be increased by three times.What factors affect the enthusiasm of employees,and how to adjust these factors to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees has become a key issue of concern to academia and enterprises.With the development of society,the job burnout index of middle-aged people is increasing year by year.At the same time,the involution phenomenon caused by excessive meaningless competition also makes young people start to "lie flat" and work enthusiasm is not high,which reveals that there are certain limitations in the current human resources management mode,and it is increasingly unable to adapt to the current situation of enterprise management,The only way to solve this practical problem is to explore the factors that affect the enthusiasm of employees and improve them in combination with the current situation.This paper takes the FFX rural cooperative financial institution as the research object,sorts out the research process of influencing factors of employees’ enthusiasm at home and abroad by summarizing the relevant research results of influencing factors of employees’ enthusiasm at home and abroad,and summarizes and analyzes the current situation of employees’ enthusiasm in combination with the characteristics and actual situation of rural cooperative financial institutions.Based on the current situation of young and middle-aged people’s low enthusiasm for work,further analysis found that due to the lack of enthusiasm,the opposite situation between employees and units,departments and departments,and units and customers was formed,which led to the transformation of human resources from the driving force of promoting enterprise development to the risk point of hindering enterprise progress.This paper designs 32 questions to investigate the enthusiasm of employees with 9indicators of positive factors and 1 indicator of positive status.A total of 266 questionnaires were distributed and 250 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The reliability and validity of the collected data were analyzed to test the reliability and validity of the data collected by the questionnaire.Based on the data collected from the survey,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the causes that affect the low enthusiasm of employees of FFX rural cooperative financial institutions.The main reasons for this are that the training of employees does not focus on quality,the construction of welfare system needs to be further strengthened,the working environment is poor,the atmosphere of some teams is not good,there is no clear plan for the career development of employees,the level of employee security is high,the salary system of employees is unreasonable,the care of employees is uneven,and the recognition of personal contributions is not high.According to the causes,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement: strengthen the quality of employee training,improve the current welfare mechanism,improve the working environment of employees,create a good working atmosphere,pay attention to the career development plan of employees,develop a salary system close to the actual situation,comprehensively improve employee care,and give full play to the recognition effect.So as to effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,mobilize their enthusiasm,improve their work style,promote the development of FFX rural cooperative financial institutions to stronger and better,and further play its social role in serving the county’s real economy. |
