| In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the rapid changes in the external environment,all walks of life are constantly seeking new developments to meet the changing needs,which also puts forward new requirements for the innovation and progress of the organization,so the organization begins to pay attention to innovation The cultivation of capabilities,especially how to cultivate an innovative development team,has become crucial.Time resource is a key element in the development of today’s organization,society,and country.Through the research results of many management practices in the past,it can be found that the innovative development of an organization is closely related to the leadership and employees’ time concept and ability to use time.It is worth exploring what kind of mechanism of action to promote innovation and development under the leadership style of China.Based on this,this paper uses conservation of resource theory and social cognitive theory as the theoretical basis to study the relationship between temporal leadership,future orientation,time management tendency,incremental innovation,and radical innovation and introduces future orientation as a moderating variable to construct a research theory model between temporal leadership and incremental innovation and radical innovation to explore the influence of temporal leadership on employees’ time perception,time behavior,and team innovation.This study collected 260 valid questionnaires using an online questionnaire and used SPSS25.0 and AMOS25.0 statistical analysis software to test and analyze the samples.Time management tendency plays a mediating role in time leadership and incremental innovation and radical innovation,i.e.temporal leadership influences time management tendency to enhance team incremental innovation and radical innovation.Secondly,future orientation plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between temporal leadership and time management tendencies.The higher the level of future orientation of employees,the stronger the positive influence of temporal leadership on time management tendencies.This study explores the mechanisms of influence between temporal leadership and incremental and radical innovation in teams,drawing on existing research findings.The findings have positive implications for advancing the mechanism of action between temporal leadership and incremental and radical innovation,enhancing the importance of time in organizations,improving team time management,and providing a basis for organizations to build innovative teams quickly and efficiently. |
