With the continuous development and improvement of our education system,off-campus training has become a separate field of education,which has a positive and negative influence on Chinese education,but it cannot be denied that it is an important supplement to education in schools.Among them,art training institutions,due to their professional advantages in music and body beauty,piano,chess,painting and calligraphy,play an important role in promoting students’ artistic quality and meeting their differentiated learning needs.At the same time,under the supervision of competent authorities,they will develop more standardized,orderly and healthy.At present,there are a large number of off-campus art training institutions and the competition is very fierce.If the institutions want to stand out and develop stably,continuously and rapidly,they must firmly grasp the core concerns of parents and put teaching quality in the first place.Therefore,training lecturers and their competence has always been the foundation of training institutions.It is an important proposition for every institution to enhance its core competitiveness.Founded in 2016,Cuttlefish Company is a medium-sized education and training institution specializing in calligraphy and fine arts.So far,it has experienced various representative stages,such as market dividend period,epidemic attack,continuous suspension of classes,double reduction,etc.During this period,it has also encountered difficult recruitment of lecturers,lack of reserves,dimission of core lecturers and other very difficult problems in human resources.Greatly hindered the development of the company.Taking Cuttlefish Company as the research object,this paper analyzes a series of problems and causes in the recruitment system of lecturers,such as unscientific demand planning,unclear process,unstandardized selection,subjective evaluation and so on.Then,through literature analysis and behavioral event interview,combined with the actual situation of the company’s current lecturers,the inherent invisible differences between excellent lecturers and ordinary lecturers are distinguished,high-frequency competency elements are extracted,rated and sorted,and a rich and three-dimensional lecturer competency model is constructed.Then,based on this model,the recruitment system is optimized and improved with emphasis,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of each process node of the recruitment system and maximize the utilization of resources.Finally,multiple safeguard measures are formulated to ensure that the optimized lecturer recruitment system can be successfully implemented and continuously verified and improved,providing strong support for the achievement of the lecturer recruitment goal of Cuttlefish Company.In this paper,through the construction of the lecturer competency model of cuttlefish Company,the recruitment system is optimized and studied,which effectively improves the validity and reliability of the lecturer recruitment of cuttlefish Company,makes the process and standard of the lecturer talent selection more unified,so as to carry out the person-post matching recruitment more scientifically.Through this study,it can not only provide certain theoretical value and basis for the application of competency model in the field of education and training,make up for the lack of depth and breadth of research on the optimization of recruitment system in the training industry,but also play a certain reference for the recruitment work of the same type of training institutions,and play a certain practical guiding significance for the long-term and stable development of the entire education and training industry.
