As online shopping has become more and more common,the pre-sale model has also been widely used in the sales of various products.Compared with the normal sales model,the pre-sale model has a longer waiting time for consumers,the consumer sacrifice a certain timeliness in exchange for price discounts and ensure the availability of goods.Although the consumers participating in the pre-sale activities have already made it clear that the order waiting time of the products will be long,on the whole,consumers still have certain requirements for timeliness,and the order waiting time has become an important factor affecting whether consumers choose to consume.Under the pre-sale model,e-commerce companies transport the appropriate quantity of goods from the logistics center to the distribution station closest to consumers in advance,so as to shorten the waiting time of consumers’ orders and improve consumers’ time satisfaction and the competitiveness of e-commerce enterprises.Based on the above realistic background,this paper studies the decision-making problem of e-commerce inventory in the pre-sale mode.First of all,this paper combines the current situation of pre-sale and inventory sinking of e-commerce to analyzes the factors that affect the inventory of e-commerce.And the inventory sinking decision process is clarified by analyzing the consumer demand,consumer time satisfaction,consumer unsubscribe and return,and logistics cost under the pre-sale mode.Then,this paper uses the pre-stock quantity of the distribution station and the inventory stock of the logistics center as the decision variables,and takes the maximum profit of the ecommerce enterprise and the maximum time satisfaction of the consumers as the dual goals,respectively constructs a single pre-sale cycle no inventory sinking model,single pre-sale cycle inventory sinking model,multi-pre-sale cycle inventory sinking model,and an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,the validity and superiority of this model and the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm are verified through a case,and the optimal inventory sinking decision under different strategies is obtained,and the impact of the changes of important parameters on the total profit of e-commerce enterprises,consumer time satisfaction and inventory sinking decision is analyzed.It is found that the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm ensures population diversity through multiple population strategies and improved elite strategies,and avoids falling into local optimal solutions.The improvement of consumer time satisfaction has a positive effect on the generation of consumer demand.E-commerce companies can effectively improve consumer time satisfaction and profits by using reasonable inventory sinking in pre-sale activities.Compared with the single pre-sale cycle inventory sinking,the multi-pre-sale cycle inventory sinking can continue to improve the consumer’s time satisfaction to a certain extent,and because the returned products are returned to the distribution station,in the multi-pre-sale cycle mode,,it can be resold as an inventory pre-order in the next pre-sale cycle after being stored for a short time,it helps to reduce logistics costs and residual value losses.The research conclusions of this paper can provide reference for the marketing strategy and inventory decision of e-commerce enterprises.
