| Nowadays,with the rapid development of internet-related science and technology in our country,online shopping has already become our people’s favorite way of life.With the rapid development of e-commerce industry,online shopping is in the ascendant.Due to the sudden outbreak of Covid-19 in late 2019,people can not travel,but also to promote the development of online shopping e-commerce platform.E-commerce industry with Taobao,JD.com leading such enterprises,but there are many soon failed enterprises,such as once famous jumei fine products,now has long been forgotten.For Pinduoduo,which has been successfully listed in less than three years,there have been mixed reactions: some believe that Pinduoduo is a dark horse with considerable strength,some people think that because it is full of fake parallel goods and must not be long-term,so I want to explore its capacity for sustainable development.Firstly,in this thesis through the domestic and foreign enterprise sustainable development capacity,corporate strategy,business model and financial statements to restructure the literature review and theoretical research,to provide theoretical guidance for the follow-up case analysis and research.Strategy is the direction of enterprise,business model is the path of enterprise towards the goal,financial situation is the result of enterprise production and management.Corporate Strategy,business model and financial status of the operating results have an inherent link.Through qualitative analysis and Quantitative analysis methods,through strategic exploration of Pinduoduo,PEST analysis is applied to its macro-environment,and a five-force competition model is applied to the "Medium-sized" environment,and micro-analysis of the core competencies of its strategic environment,through a comprehensive SWOT analysis of Pin Duo Duo’s external development opportunities and challenges,internal strengths and weaknesses,then it analyzes the strategy of pinduoduo implementation and the impact of the environment and strategy on the sustainable development of pinduoduo.This thesis uses the canvas method to compare and analyze the business models of pinduoduo and Taobao,focusing on the characteristics of Pinduoduo’s business model from nine elements.Compare Doddo’s financial position and operating results with vipshop’s restructured balance sheet and restructured profit statement.Then,it comes to the conclusion that Pinduoduo has strong ability of sustainable development and has been in the state of expansion in recent years;Many factors of business model affect the implementation and choice of corporate strategy,both of them affect the financial status of the company,and the financial status reflects many factors of the company’s business model and corporate strategy.At last,it concludes that Pinduoduo should be used for reference by other enterprises,and the low-cost strategy and the centralized competition strategy should be combined and adjusted to segment the market and consumer target groups in different ways The drawbacks of Doddo are that marketing costs remain high,operating capacity is low and reputation is poor.Therefore,Doddo proposed to control marketing expenses,to content e-commerce interests e-commerce direction,improve the efficiency of asset operation,efforts to enhance the reputation and attention to control related party transactions recommendations.The research results of this thesis will provide new research ideas for the sustainable development of enterprises.The enterprise business model is the path that the enterprise advances to the strategic goal,the enterprise strategy and the business model are the foundation of the enterprise sustainable development,once the strategy and business model have big problems,it can not guide the development of the enterprise correctly,and the enterprise can not have the strong sustainable development ability if the implementation path of the enterprise goal is not correct.Only when they cooperate with each other to promote the development of enterprises,enterprises can have a strong capacity for sustainable development.The use of financial information can Quantitative analysis the ability of sustainable development of enterprises,that is,financial information is the result of the ability of sustainable development. |
