| Xinjiang’s agricultural production is characterized by a large amount of cultivated land,a high level of agricultural mechanization,and advanced water-saving facilities,as well as its location advantage as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt,which adds confidence and confidence to Xinjiang’s construction as a strong agricultural area in China.In recent years,problems such as the weakening of farmland livelihood guarantee,the rising cost of agricultural input and the unreasonable allocation of agricultural resources have become increasingly prominent.In 2017,Xinjiang Region introduced measures to promote rural tourism,and the integration of agriculture and tourism industries has gradually become an important way to cultivate and increase rural income and beautify the rural environment.Based on the theories of industrial linkage,industrial evolution and sustainable development,this paper analyzes the relationship between agriculture and tourism industry in Xinjiang from the perspective of input-output,establishes an evaluation index system for the integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism,and uses DEA benevolent cross efficiency to measure and empirically analyze the integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism industry.It is found that there are significant spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics in the distribution of the integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism in14 prefectures(prefectures and cities)of Xinjiang.Finally,the influencing factors behind the spatio-temporal differentiation are analyzed with the help of Geodetector.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The intermediate demand between agriculture and tourism industry keeps growing,and the correlation of demand is constantly strengthening.The intermediate demand of agriculture for tourism industry has been significantly improved,but the overall level is still weaker than that of tourism industry for agriculture;The intermediate input of agriculture to tourism industry shows a decreasing trend,while the intermediate input of tourism industry to agriculture shows an increasing trend;(2)The backward link between agriculture and tourism industry is obviously stronger than the backward link between tourism industry and agriculture,while the forward link is the opposite;In the middle and early stage,the integration degree of agriculture and tourism industry has increased slightly,and the growth of agricultural economy has been closely linked with the tourism industry,but in recent years,the improvement has encountered resistance;(3)The overall integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism industry in Xinjiang generally shows a "declining-rising" trend,tourism industry has a higher efficiency in promoting agriculture,tourism industry has a stronger active integration;(4)The spatial distribution pattern of efficiency presents a pattern of "high in the north and low in the south",and there is a trend of "divergence-convergence" in both the south and the north of Xinjiang,but there is no obvious divergence trend in the east of Xinjiang,and the stable and efficient areas are concentrated in the north of Xinjiang.(5)The number of the middle and upper sub-regions of integration efficiency has increased significantly,and the efficiency rating of the central and eastern regions has decreased significantly in recent years.(6)The development gap of the integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism industry in Xinjiang has been narrowing year by year.(7)The difference degree of the distribution of the integration efficiency of agriculture and tourism industry among cities and prefecture-level regions is constantly shrinking.(8)The number of tourist reception has the highest influence on the spatial differentiation of integration efficiency in the single-factor detection,and the proportion of the output value of the tertiary industry,the per capita regional product and the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the two-factor interactive detection have the highest influence. |
