Abstract/Summary:
In the middle of the new normal trend,China’s economic development encounters the essential opportunities and challenges.Facing the pandemic background,consumption has become one of the troikas driving domestic economic development,and has played a positive role in promoting the growth of national and local GDP.As an important way to support consumption,consumer finance plays a role that increasingly improving residents’ living standards and accelerating economic growth.At current stage,domestic consumer finance companies have been established for over a decade.They have expanded from initial pilot projects to nationwide operations.In last a few years,under the influence of computer science and technology,the development of the consumer finance industry will surely usher in a major opportunity.Surviving and developing under a highly competitive market environment with appropriate,scientific and rational strategies is essential and necessary for consumer finance companies.Based on this,this article intends to use methods such as literature research,case analysis,and investigation,combined with theoretical knowledge of strategic management and the actual situation of JS Consumer Finance Company,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company’s strategic management.The article first elaborates on the background and significance of the topic,and conducts research on strategic management related research by domestic and foreign scholars and experts;Secondly,a comprehensive explanation of the relevant conceptual theory and analytical tools used in the article was provided;Then,the article uses strategic management analysis methods such as PEST analysis and Five Forces Model analysis to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external and competitive environment of JS Consumer Finance Company;Subsequently,the article focuses on using the SWOT analysis method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the business development of JS Consumer Finance Company,and concludes that the company’s future development strategy will be led by an intensive development strategy.Based on this,the company’s strategic goals and choices are proposed;Finally,the article combines relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management with the development philosophy,goals,and strategic choices of JS Consumer Finance Company,proposing the specific implementation of the company’s strategic management from four levels: business strategy,risk control strategy,financial strategy,and brand strategy,and proposing guarantee measures for the implementation of strategic management.From the discussion in this paper,the expectation is to have some practical references and references for the strategy formulation and implementation of JS consumer finance companies in this fierce market competition environment.At the same,this may also be beneficial to the similar companies in their operating and managing.
