Today,digital life is still the new normal in today’s society.Rural Commercial Banks(Rural Credit Cooperatives)have become increasingly difficult to rely on traditional offline manual loans to obtain profits.The digital transformation of credit business uses big data to optimize the process design of credit approval,capital issuance,and post-loan management,which can effectively reduce operating costs,improve lending efficiency,and realize risk management of the whole process of credit business.Due to the unique characteristics of county legal persons of rural commercial banks(credit cooperatives),they are relatively agile in responding to the call of financial technology,and the digital transformation of their credit business is developing rapidly.TK Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as TK Rural Commercial Bank)has been promoting the digital transformation of personal credit business for more than two years,and has achieved good transformation results from the perspective of operating data,and it is also in a leading position among rural commercial banks of the same size in the county.From the perspective of transformation experience,it is more suitable for the promotion of rural commercial banks.Taking the digital transformation of TK Rural Commercial Bank’s personal credit business as an example,this paper first conducts a questionnaire survey on the digital transformation of personal credit business among employees and customers of the Bank.Then,in-depth interviews were conducted with leaders and employees involved in the digital transformation of personal credit business.Finally,the analysis of the obtained survey data shows that TK Rural Commercial Bank’s personal credit business has the following problems in the process of digital transformation: first,TK Rural Commercial Bank’s overall financial technology level is not high,and it lacks technical autonomy;Second,the process management is not in place,in which the process setting publicity is not in place,and the management process can be implemented is not strong;Third,the collaboration between departments within the industry is inefficient,and it is easy to prevaricate in promoting the digital transformation of personal credit business;The emergence of these problems seriously restricts the development process of the digital transformation of TK Rural Commercial Bank’s personal credit business.In view of the above problems,this paper combines relevant theories such as enterprise transformation,digital transformation,and financial technology,as well as questionnaire data,employee interviews and operational data analysis,and proposes corresponding response mechanisms: first,deeply tap the value of data,actively introduce scientific and technological talents,and enhance the independent control of science and technology;The second is to scientifically formulate process management and strengthen publicity;The third is formulate corresponding rules and regulations to restrict the efficiency of collaboration between departments,strengthen corporate culture and other safeguard measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of cooperation between departments;In the long run,the digital transformation of TK Rural Commercial Bank’s personal credit business continues to inject scientific and technological power into the development of TK Rural Commercial Bank,so it is of great significance to give optimization suggestions and related countermeasures to the problems arising in the digital transformation of TK Rural Commercial Bank’s personal credit. |
