| In the decades after the reform and opening up,the domestic economy has gained stable and rapid development.At the same time,the gap between the urban and rural economic development levels in China has been increasing step by step due to the continuous improvement of the urbanization level in China.As a large agricultural country with a history of more than 5,000 years,the development of the "three rural areas" and the revitalization of the rural economy have always been the top priorities of the Party and the country’s economic construction work.In order to effectively shorten the gap between urban and rural development levels,gradually solve the "three rural" development problems and promote the revitalization of rural economy,the first village bank was established in 2007.After more than ten years of development,village banks have not only filled the "blank" part of the rural financial market,but also met the growing financial needs of rural small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers to the greatest extent,and have become the backbone of promoting the revitalization of rural economy and the development of "three rural areas".It has become the backbone of rural economic revitalization and "three rural" development.However,with the increasingly fierce competition in the financial market,the "defects" of village banks are gradually exposed,so the sustainable development of village banks is facing great challenges.How to grasp the opportunity of the times,make up for and improve their own problems,so as to obtain sustainable development,has become the main motive for the study of the development strategy of village banks.Taking JD Village Bank as an example,this paper combines PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal and external environment of the bank in detail and find out the strengths,weaknesses,threats and opportunities faced by the bank in the process of development.Finally,based on the bank’s corporate vision and development goals and the evaluation and analysis of the main internal and external influencing factors of the bank,a turnaround strategy was selected as the future development strategy of the bank.At the same time,the bank proposes the strategic implementation measures of deepening the rural market,creating social awareness,actively investing in technology research and development,and improving risk prevention and control capabilities,and guarantees them by strengthening internal risk management,human resource management,and improving hardware and software platforms,so as to help the bank take its place in the fierce financial market competition and contribute more to the revitalization of rural economy.It is hoped that this study can provide suggestions for the sustainable development of JD Village Bank,and at the same time,it can also serve as a reference for other village banks to plan their development strategies. |
