Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Huijia Times Based On EVA

EVA is an effective performance evaluation tool.Its application in the retail industry is still a hot topic of current research,and is also a focus of practical circles.Huijia times is an excellent local retail enterprise in Xinjiang and a representative of well-known domestic retail enterprises.At this stage,the development of retail industry is facing severe environmental impact,and it is more necessary to optimize business management and enhance development momentum.Forming an effective financial performance evaluation system based on EVA framework can more effectively provide guidance for the development of Huijia times,and can also provide effective reference for other enterprises,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.The research content of this thesis is to focus on the analysis of financial performance evaluation of Huijia era based on EVA.First,it expounds the relevant theories of financial performance evaluation and economic value-added,analyzes the current situation of financial performance evaluation of Huijia era,combines the problems and shortcomings of the traditional financial performance evaluation system of Huijia era,analyzes the advantages of EVA method,and expounds the necessity of introducing EVA evaluation into financial performance of Huijia era;Secondly,the EVA index evaluation system is applied to Huijia era,and the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process.Through the comparison and cross analysis of two indexes,the contribution value of the index weight is formed;Finally,the index situation is evaluated according to the efficacy coefficient method,so as to form the comprehensive performance evaluation results based on EVA,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The research conclusion of this thesis is to obtain the financial performance evaluation results of Huijia times.It is found that the financial performance of Huijia times shows a downward trend from 2015 to 2020,and in 2020,it is at the lowest level in the range.The operation of Huijia times is greatly affected by the impact of the epidemic.EVA financial performance management in Huijia times,including deepening the internal driving force of EVA concept,establishing a scientific and effective EVA incentive mechanism,strengthening the construction of EVA based income and cost reduction management,and improving the communication and feedback information system.
