The flower industry is a vital industry that combines social,economic,and ecological benefits.In 2013,the State Forestry Administration formally announced the “National Flower Industry Development Plan(2010-2020)”,which has brought great opportunities for the development of China’s flower industry and also added new energy for the construction of a beautiful new China.China relies on natural geographical advantages,the government attaches great importance to and the careful nurturing of flower science researchers,the progressive improvement of the flower industry,the initial formation of the industrial structure,the gradual optimization of product structure,the gradual emergence of leading enterprises and product brands,becoming an important industry in China.one.However,due to the relatively late start of the flower industry in China and the short development time,the overall quality of the researchers is relatively low.Compared with the flower industry in developed countries such as Europe and America,there is still a big gap.Therefore,research on China’s flower industry has important practical significance.With the implementation of the “One Belt and One Road” strategy,China’s vigorous development of technology transfer and technology trade with other countries has highlighted the fact that China’s degree of protection of intellectual property rights in flower varieties is not enough,resulting in the loss of China’s unique dominant flower resources.Therefore,the intangible assets under the protection of intellectual property are playing an increasingly important role in the technological innovation of the flower industry and the technology trade of the flower industry.Firstly,based on the patent competitive intelligence theory,the paper analyzes the patent intelligence of new varieties of flowers in China and the world,and analyzes and compares the flower industry in China and abroad with SWOT analysis.Industrial advantages and disadvantages.The advantages of our country’s flower protection of intellectual property rights continue to be strengthened,and for the disadvantages,we have put forward targeted flower intellectual property protection strategies and methods.We will strive to make every effort to develop our country’s flower industry in the implementation of China’s "One Belt and One Road" strategic strategy.
