Against the backdrop of accelerated structural changes in the economy and the continuous development of digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,enterprises are facing both opportunities and challenges in their development,and as corporate culture is considered to be an important element for enterprises to cope with challenges and seize opportunities in a dynamic environment,building a good corporate culture is particularly important for enterprises nowadays.However,since it is a subsidiary of the Group and has not been established for a long time,there are still inevitable shortcomings in the management and construction of corporate culture,which greatly limits the role of corporate culture in driving the overall development of KM Metro.In view of this,this study aims to develop a corporate culture enhancement strategy for KM Metro that is relevant to its development practices,so as to ensure that the corporate culture can support KM Metro’s operational capabilities and ensure that KM Metro can seize opportunities and combat the risks of change in a dynamic environment.This paper selects KM Metro Operation Company as the object of research on corporate culture construction.After outlining the operation and development of the company and its organizational structure,the paper systematically composes an overview of the current corporate culture strategy of KM Metro Operation Company Limited.On this basis,this paper uses the entropy power method and TOPSIS method to construct the corporate culture evaluation index system of KM Metro,namely,the metro spiritual culture,metro institutional culture,metro behavioral culture,and metro material culture.After determining the selection of the benchmark companies,a comprehensive evaluation method step based on TOPSIS method is used to compare and evaluate the culture construction of KM Metro Operations Co.Based on this,this paper proposes strategies and implementation of organizational,institutional,resource and party building safeguards for the case company’s corporate culture construction to improve the four levels of metro spiritual culture,metro institutional culture,metro behavioral culture and metro material culture.By combining theory and practice,the research work of this paper proposes practical strategies for the enhancement of corporate culture construction and implementation guarantee schemes on the basis of the existing corporate culture,so as to achieve the purpose of solving the internal management problems and enhancing the competitiveness of the company.
