With the promotion of the national "Internet Plus" strategy,insurance and technology are deeply integrated,and digital technology is gradually penetrating into every link of insurance services,improving the convenience and accessibility of insurance services,and playing a positive role for the insurance industry to better reach and serve customers.In 2020,under the external impact of COVID-19,major insurance companies,especially traditional life insurance companies,accelerated the transformation and upgrading of service digitalization and technological reform.However,they only explored service digitalization transformation in the form of "scattered breakthrough",lacking the comprehensive and whole-chain remodeling and innovation of traditional service mode by insurance technology.Service digital transformation has become the pain point and difficulty of most traditional life insurance companies.In this context,how to combine insurance technology to carry out digital transformation and upgrading of services,enhance customer loyalty and core competitiveness,and create sustainable and high-quality enterprise development has become the focus of traditional life insurance companies.Based on this,this paper sorted out the research and development status of the service digitization of Chinese insurance industry through relevant literature,adopted the case analysis and comparative analysis method,and made diversified data collection on the service digitization of B life insurance company before and after the implementation of the transformation,and made horizontal and vertical comparison to draw the existing problems.Then,from SWOT analysis,planning and design,core strategy and transformation countermeasures,the direction and focus of B life insurance company’s service digital transformation are analyzed.The results show that: first,after the service digital transformation and upgrading,the service efficiency and service value of B life insurance company have been significantly improved,which reflects that the service digital transformation has a positive impact on the enabling effect of B life insurance company and will gradually expand;Second,compared with the experience of excellent traditional life insurance companies and professional Internet companies,B life insurance company should actively utilize insurance technology to optimize and innovate service mode and service process,build a global and whole-process digital service platform,and continuously improve service efficiency and reduce labor service cost.Third,the digital transformation of insurance industry service is a strategic layout with long-term investment and long-term results.B life insurance company should attach great importance to technology-driven innovation,adhere to data-driven customer management,realize the digital transformation strategy of online and offline integration of service,uphold long-term principle and strategic concentration,and create accurate,personalized and distinctive customer service experience.Promote the deep binding of customers and improve the application effect of service digitization.
