The new gig economy based on emerging internet technologies has deeply influenced the employment patterns of platform enterprises towards gigs.The multi employment model in internet application scenarios has brought various employment social events,exposing many problems,such as high service fees for internet platform enterprises,non-standard employment,and inadequate protection of odd worker rights.Deeper issues include the lack of government supervision,the lack of guidance from industry organizations,and the lack of legal protection for the rights and interests of migrant workers.Traditional human resource management is no longer suitable for the gig economy,and platform enterprises themselves cannot fundamentally solve the employment problem.Therefore,the management of gig employment mode urgently needs to be solved.Therefore,clarifying the adaptability between the requirements and tasks of various types of platform enterprises and the employment patterns of odd workers,as well as designing a reasonable platform ecosystem framework system and finding effective employment patterns for managing odd workers,has become the direction for the development of platform enterprises and odd worker groups.Based on the Ecological systems theory,labor process theory,and bilateral matching theory,this paper uses case analysis,in-depth interviews,and comparative analysis to select three representative case platform enterprises,and conducts comparative analysis from the task level and management level.It finds that data information leakage exists in all types of platforms,illegal content cannot be found in time,incentive measures are insufficient,and necessary insurance is lacking Common issues such as insufficient skill training,inadequate measures to ensure the protection of the odd worker group,and poor communication effectiveness on the platform;There are also common advantages such as convenient communication between part-time workers and employers,lower platform costs,and flexibility in part-time work.On this basis,the adaptability between the demand tasks of different types of platform enterprises and the odd work employment mode is studied,and a labor ecosystem model framework for the odd work employment mode of platform enterprises under the background of odd work economy is designed.Suggestions are proposed to strengthen government supervision,strengthen necessary cooperation between the platform and trade unions,training institutions,and insurance companies,add industry organization norms and rules to the platform,and optimize platform incentives,communication,and supervision management measures.
