Along with the rapid development of the market and the fiercely increasing competition,the growth rate of RMB savings deposits exceeds that of enterprise deposits,which accordingly reflects quite a fierce competition in personal financial business.In this context,this paper selects Bank S as the research object and focuses on how banks should adjust their business models to promote innovation,and rapid development of the banks’ personal finance business under the background of the rapid progress of network finance.This paper starts with a brief introduction and analysis of the current situation of Bank S’s personal financial business,followed by a questionnaire survey to understand the needs and habits of Bank S’s customer groups and bank employees,and also through this way to clarify the bank’s strategic positioning of the bank’s personal financial business and the implementation measures provided by the bank.Thus,this paper also explores the effect of the development of network finance on personal financial business.At the end of the above analysis process,this paper gives several improvement strategies for the development of personal financial business of Bank S and gives suggestions for the subsequent business development direction.The research conducted in this paper includes:(1)Read the literature,sort out the current research on the personal network finance industry at home and abroad,and outline the development process and current status of Bank S’s network from the overview of Bank S,the current status of Bank S’s network finance industry to the description of the network financial development stages of Bank S’s e-banking and Internet finance.(2)Through the questionnaire,the study explores the impact of the rapid development of network finance on Bank S’s personal financial business and the opportunities it presents,and systematically examines the needs of the customer base,market conditions,development strategies and risk control.(3)In response to the impact of network finance on the development of Bank S’s personal financial business obtained from the previous study,the problems that exist and the business strategies for Bank S’s personal financial business in the online finance environment are proposed.The research objective of this paper is to have some reference significance for S Bank through the example study of this paper,to help S Bank achieve economies of scale,enhance market competitiveness,and promote the sustainable and sound development of S Bank.The study of S Bank can also highlight the current development status and problems of the current network environment of small and medium-sized commercial banks in China,and provide new ideas for the development of personal finance business of small and medium-sized commercial banks.
