As the Internet leading multiple traditional industries to the Internet + business revolution,the traditional financial is also moving toward to Internet finance.Internet catches a large amount of customer data through big data and deep data mining technology,precisely obtains the needs and preferences of both customers and the traditional financial field.It utilizes the data to integrate the network resources and improve traditional services such as wealth management and loans.This means that the traditional finance and the new internet financial share a common development field and the same market.2013 was a key year for the rapid development of China's Internet finance industry.Two mainstream Internet companies including Alibaba and Tencent take measures aiming to the development of Internet finance such as Jack Ma's Alibaba's financial products "yu 'ebao" and Tencent's financial products "licai tong".The growth of the two companies' financial products is very impressive.The products have grown to hundreds of billions only in a few months while the online financial services customers are those with less funds and not much deposits.But the customer's market is still very large.In 2014,online finance is on a stage of rapid development.In a short period of one year,the online banking customer has accounted for around 10%.The emergence of this new type of financial management not only makes people's financial choices more diversified,but also makes people pay an increasing attention to the importance of financial management.According to evidence,70%of users who are using online banking think that they will use their savings to purchase more online banking products.Compared with the original financial management products,the new financial management methods mainly depend on the network expansion of the new wealth management business,and will continue to rely on the network to enrich the wealth management business content.The way that the network expands the market has brought great influence on the original financial products.In the context of this new Internet + era,how should the China Construction Bank,which is a state-owned commercial bank respond and face the new challenges and opportunities in the Internet financial environment?This paper mainly studies this issue from three parts.The first part discusses about the topic of this paper-the impact ofInternet wealth management products on the personal finance of commercial banks from the development course of the new financial products on the Internet.The other part of this page will use SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of new financial products,and illustrates the opportunities and threats of their development.In the process of market expansion of wealth management services,the paper analysed the impact of the new wealth management methods on commercial banks' personal wealth management services.This paper uses the Construction Bank as an example to analyze its approach in dealing with the impact of Internet finance in recent years.By utilizing the explanation part,the paper illustrates the key point-Under the background of the era of "Internet +",the traditional commercial Banks should constantly perfect the system of individual wealth management products,play the advantages of the compliance and professional,strengthen resources integration with third-party agencies and improve the technical progress to seek the way of development.
