| In today’s rapidly changing and highly uncertain industrial competitive environment,micro-innovation has gained more and more appreciation of enterprises due to its continuous low-cost trials and rapid iteration.Due to the limited resources of domestic enterprises in capital, technology, talents, service and environment, microinnovation, which has low costs for trials and emphasizes "small and fast" innovation,is very suitable for the development of domestic enterprises. However, the knowledge, experience and skills accumulated by enterprises in long-term practice have gradually formed organizational rigidity, which hinders the pace of micro-innovation.Enterprises need to actively discard outdated knowledge and regulations, and absorb and integrate new knowledge through the process of unlearning. This dissertation explored the impact of unlearning in domestic knowledge intensive enterprises on organizational micro-innovation process and performance, which is conducive to promoting the development of micro-innovation in enterprises.Firstly, this dissertation systematically sorts out the research status of microinnovation, unlearning, knowledge fusion, industry competition and other theories at home and abroad, and lays a good theoretical foundation for late research.Secondly,it studies the influence of unlearning on micro-innovation based on the process and outcomes of micro-innovation.In terms of the influence of unlearning on the process of micro-innovation,this dissertation conducts exploratory case studies based on five knowledge intensive enterprises in Zhejiang Province, and explores the relationship between unlearning, knowledge fusion, industry competition with the process of microinnovation according to the real situations of the case. And it puts forward relevant propositions. In terms of the influence of unlearning on the results of micro-innovation,on the basis of the above research,a theoretical model on the relationship between unlearning and the outcomes of micro-innovation is proposed. Then the study analyzes the correctness of the propositions with empirical research. The relevant data of 334 domestic knowledge intensive enterprises are collected by means of questionnaire surveys, and the validity of relevant assumptions and theoretical model are verified by SPSS23.0 through reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, difference test, variable discrimination validity test, homologous variance test,Pearson correlation analysis, main effect test, mediation effect test and regulatory effect test. The qualitative comparative analysis method of Fs QCA is used to explore two combinations to archieve high performance of micro-innovation.At last, the paper discusses the above research results at the theoretical and practical levels, reveals the existing shortcomings of the research, and provides suggestions for future research on the topic.Based on case studies, large sample studies and configuration analysis, this dissertation concludes that unlearning has a positive impact on micro-innovation,knowledge fusion is a mediator between unlearning and micro-innovation,and industry competition is an inverted Ushaped regulator in the relationship between unlearning and micro-innovation.In terms of theories, the dissertation refers to knowledge-based view and innovation theory, deeply explores the impact of unlearned learning on micro-innovation,which enriches empirical research on unlearning, knowledge fusion, industry competition and microinnovation. In terms of practice, this dissertation improves corporate attention to unlearning and knowledge fusion, and provides solid and practical suggestions for enterprises to make micro-innovations. |
