Relationship embeddedness has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing. Structural embeddedness has a positive influence to explicit and implicit knowledge sharing. Explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing has a positive effect on innovation performance. Explicit knowledge sharing is a completely intermediary role between structural embeddedness and innovation performance. Tacit knowledge sharing is a intermediary role between relational embeddedness and innovation performance. In addition in the high density of network, Strengthening the relationship between echnology-based small and micro enterprises and partners may produces excessive "embedded" phenomenon. It may produce a large number of repeat information.It’s not good for technology-based small and micro enterprises’ innovation performance.
