| Digital technology is driving profound changes in the way of production,lifestyle,and governance,and exerting a profound impact on the world economic,political,and technological landscape.Digital technology has spawned new ways to create and deliver value,which requires corresponding business model innovation.More and more enterprises have achieved rapid growth through digital business model innovation.However,up to now,our understanding of how digital business model innovation occurs has been limited.How to identify the opportunities of digital business model innovation in the dynamic business environment and successfully realize the digital business model innovation has become a key issue.Dynamic managerial capabilities reflect the capabilities of managers to find and seize opportunities in a dynamic and changing environment,which affects the decision-making effect of managers.As the "top designer",the top management team’s decision-making effect determines the effect of digital business model innovation.However,the existing research seldom pay attention to the influence of dynamic managerial capabilities of top management team on digital business model innovation.Based on the knowledge-based view,this paper discusses how to realize digital business model innovation.Focusing on the mechanism of dynamic managerial capabilities of top management team affecting digital business model innovation,this paper mainly studies the following contents: The impact of top management team’s managerial human capital,managerial social capital,and managerial cognition(included in dynamic managerial capabilities)on enterprise digital business model innovation.Big data knowledge creation capability plays a mediating role in top management team’s managerial human capital,managerial social capital,and managerial cognition(included in dynamic managerial capabilities)influencing digital business model innovation.To study the above contents,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the enterprises in digital transformation.Based on the relevant data of 238 questionnaires,this paper draws the following conclusions through statistical analysis of the data:(1)The overall impact of managerial human capital on digital business model innovation is not significant;(2)Managerial social capital and managerial cognition can positively affect digital business model innovation;(3)Managerial social capital and managerial cognition can influence digital business model innovation through big data knowledge creation capabilities;(4)Managerial human capital can positively affect digital business model innovation through big data knowledge creation capability,and big data knowledge creation capability plays a competitive mediation role.This study not only develops the theory of digital business model innovation,but also contributes to the theory of dynamic managerial capabilities and the theory of big data capabilities. |
